I've been using this company for many years. From yhe days when the packages were letter box size so no waiting in. Now it comes by courier and they won't leave it in a safe place and unless I wait in it is taken to a parcel shop I can no longer drive which means a £20 taxi ride to collect my ink. It will be cheaper for me to buy from a slightly more expensive supplier than pay an extra £20 for delivery.
The only contact they.have is email or leave a message neither are replied too. From a good company to what seems couldn't care less in one easy move

I ordered some inks for £50, which were dispatched 2 days later but I have not received them over 2 weeks later. I have tried phoning and keep getting an answer phone telling me to email them. I have emailed twice and not had a reply. There are no other ways of contacting or speaking to anyone at this company. I have used them before without any problems but I will not be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone as customer service appears to be non-existent.

I've been dealing with JustInkandPaper now for about five years, and I have to say that I can't fault them. The prices are good, the delivery is very quick, and the items have always been as described. A really good firm to deal with - and no - I have no involvement with them other than as a happy customer !

I personally have no complaints about this firm. Have bought from them for years. Initially, I contacted them by telephone (as I was wary of ordering online), however, since then, I have conducted my purchases via the Internet. Thankfully, no problems.

Their delivery is free; always within their promised delivery slot. If you are not at home when the postman arrives, the cartridges are packaged in such a way that they can be put through the letter box.

As for the authenticity of their products, I always buy genuine HP cartridges - and always receive genuine HP cartridges. And I will continue to buy from them.

Have bought lots of printer ink from them for several years. Latest order sent on Monday with standard delivery. Order arrived on Tuesday. Always excellent service and always at a very good price

Great customer service. I have been getting my inks from them for years because their prices are good and delivery as quick as I’ve needed. Recently had to cancel an order cuz my printer packed up. They responded immediately and refunded my money! Can’t fault them.

This is a Swiss company and so no VAT invoice was available. As others have mentioned ink orders are not as shown. The orders are broken up and mailed in multiple batches. Not a good experience at all.

Items as described but not shipped as a complete package but in separate envelopes. 4 packets arrived in two days the last package was9 days later.
Poor email response which is disappointing and no telephone response.
