Delighted with this high quality globe
Delighted with this high quality globe, well constructed and accurate. Nice size ( 30cm) and colour. Also like the contouring on mountainous areas.

Alex and his team were amazing
Alex and his team were amazing, they knew exactly what I was looking for and did their upmost to make it happen. The globe lights up and is excellent quality. The original one I received, I returned and Alex offered to replace it for me. The post office I used were useless and it went astray but Alex messaged me today to say they had received it and refunded me - good honest people who go over and above for their customers do exist! Would recommend this company to anybody who is after a quality product with amazing customer service. Thank you

Made in the USA and Badly Packed
It states quite clearly on the Just Globes website that the globes are manufactured in the UK and tries to justify on the website why. The globe arrived and clearly printed on the globes is 'Made in the U.S.A'.
The globes was inadequately packed and suffered at the hands of the courier as a result. If it had not been a gift I would have returned it.

Hi Peter, I'm sorry it sounds like your globe wasn't handled with care by the couriers. Our custom packaging is very successful at keeping the globes safe but very rarely damages can happen, I'm sorry this has happened to you. If there is any issue with the globe itself, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Your Globemaster Blue globe is indeed manufactured in the UK, with cartography printed in the US. Your globe should have included some keycards explaining our processes and the features of the globe. Again, if there is any more information you would like to know, please do get in touch.

Very special detailed Globe. (I would have loved to have one like this) as.
Straightforward to order. Very helpful informative Alex! Globe received as expected. But I didn't know it had been delivered! My only criticism - the doorbell wasn't rung so I had no way of knowing!

Something to treasure
I wanted something special for my grandson’s 18th birthday but needed some advice. Alex was available on the phone and was able to help me make the right choice. The globe is really beautiful and I know it is something my grandson will always treasure. The pen added another dimension to the present something I know he will enjoy using.
