Avoid company at all costs
Avoid company at all costs. I had cancelled my account with this company and a year later they began to steal money from me monthly. I have contacted my bank as this is theft and had the company blocked. Unfortunately they have found a way around this block to continue to steal money. If this is unable to be resolved as soon as possible I will be taking legal action, as they have no authorisation to take any funds, and yet are still doing so. This company is fraud. Do not provide any details to them.
UNRELIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICEAND DISAPPOINTING STOCK
I have rarely found anything I like on their website for quite some time. They have lovely items on the models and when you look for them or inquire about them, they aren't available. I have a number of credits to use up that I've had for a long time and so I placed an order in early December for some slippers that I thought would make nice gifts and they never arrived. When I checked I found that they haven't even been dispatched a month after the order was placed!!!
If there was a 'no star' option
If there was a 'no star' option, I would select it. This Company stole £39.95 off an expired credit card via PayPal and repeatedly ignored my requests to cancel. Avoid this Company like the Plague.

I'd been a Just Fab VIP member for more than ten years and when it started out it was great value and the shoes were really decent quality. But in recent years the quality is no different than market stall stuff and they've attempted to diversify to much areas from the shoes so that what they do offer is trash. The membership programme is a con, the website is full of glitches and the customer service is poor. Don't be tricked into signing up with their new members offers, it's just not worth it.

I was charged £39 by JustFab without my authorization. I do not have a membership with this company. When I disputed the charge with my bank, JustFab falsely claimed I made a purchase, which is completely untrue.
This charge has caused me significant stress . I have proof that I never authorized any transaction, yet the company disputed it and took back my refund.
This is clearly fraudulent activity. JustFab needs to resolve this urgently. I strongly warn others — be careful, this company may charge you without permission.

Terrible. Customers service a joke. Ordered items, with credits in November, still not been shipped. Asked them to cancel order, as felt pressured to do this, now waiting for refund. I have asked for full refund of postage and 2 x credits as whole company is one big scam. Nothing yet. Have tried to cancel membership, impossible to do without calling them. Company is a joke and what they do amounts to stealing. They take your money but won’t give you any goods in return. That’s theft.

Failure to communicate with customers
I have been a VIP customer for over 10 years and have always been able to reach out to customer support straight away if there is a problem, now though, no UK telephone number to call and the live chat is based on Pacific Standard Time[PST].
Placed my order during the Black Friday sale on 23/11/2025, still "Preparing" tried the chat twice "2 items out of stock that's why it's delayed, so asked them to just send what's in stock and refund the other credit" still waiting. After/if ever I receive this order I'll be cancelling my subscription after using my credits if they refund them that is.
Would suggest not touching this company with a bargepole anymore!!!

New website has resulted in disaster
I’ve loved JustFab and have been a loyal member for over 10 years. Recently, however, they updated their website and unfortunately it seems to have crippled the order processing system, which has in turn overwhelmed — and effectively dismantled their customer service support.
It’s all gone a bit Pete Tong. If anyone from the company is reading this, please could you take a close look at the website’s order fulfilment process and get it fixed.
That said, I still believe in JustFab as a company — they just need to get over this hurdle. They are not scammers. If anyone is reading this and thinking of placing an order, I’d suggest holding fire for a couple of months while these issues are resolved.
I’d also appreciate the return of my unfulfilled credits. I’ve requested the cancellation of my November order, as it hasn’t shipped yet and there doesn’t appear to be any realistic prospect of it doing so.
Order not been received or sent and no customer service response.
Been a member since 2017 with no issues until recently. I ordered 3 items on the website on the 1st December worth around £150. I used my vouchers that are from me paying each month then had to pay the remainder. Unfortunately two weeks later, it has not been sent. I continue to track it daily and it just says order placed with no tracking update. I have emailed and so far ignored. I want to either receive my order or be reimbursed but there seems to be no customer service at all. Emails are daily though from their marketing team trying to get you to buy stuff... do not order from them!
Update 7th January - order still not been sent. Was told on the 15th December it was due to one of my 3 items being out of stock - they cancelled inital order and reordered for me with just the 2 in stock. But still, now pretty much 4 weeks on we have the same problem. Order has still not been sent. Its now coming up to 6 weeks since the initial order. Actually ridiculous! Avoid this company!

Trisha was very unprofessional and unempathetic; she repeatedly asked for my details, which I provided, and kept asking if I was still there. I kept replying that I was still on, and suddenly she messaged that she was not going to continue the conversation and that I should try my luck again by reaching them. I was stunned when she sent her message. She showed no empathy and lacked knowledge of her job functions. Taking money from my bank without authorisation
This company has just started taking £39 per month out of my bank account. I bought a pair of boots from them in March 2023. That’s it. I called the bank who said they are being inundated by customers having the same issue and refunded me straight the way and blocked them.
I have no idea why they believe it’s ok to take my money with no authorisation or notice and I urge everyone to check their accounts now.

Immediate Actions
Contact your bank immediately: Report the unauthorised transactions as soon as you notice them. Your bank is usually obligated to refund the money for unauthorised payments under the Payment Services Regulations 2017, provided you have not acted fraudulently or with gross negligence.
Cancel future payments: If the company is using a continuous payment authority (recurring card payment), you have the right to cancel it directly with your card issuer (bank or credit card company). They cannot insist you contact the company first.
Gather evidence: Keep records of all transactions, bank statements, and any communication (emails, letters, call logs) you have had with the company or the bank.
Reporting the Crime
You can report the fraud to the national reporting body, Action Fraud. The police often refer victims to them in the first instance.
Report to Action Fraud: You can use their online reporting tool or call them on 0300 123 2040.
In Scotland: Report the scam to Police Scotland on 101 or Advice Direct Scotland on 0808 800 9060.
Action Fraud will record the details and pass them on to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB) for analysis and investigation. The police may get involved if the bank refers them or if the case involves significant public interest or large-scale fraud.
