First, I would like to start with Arturas and the whole Breezit team have been extremely patient, helpful and informative. We are a smaller company and we are not "TECH SAVVY" by any means. Being able bridge the gap between us and the Ai is no walk in the park and this team can do it. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. We have a two person, family run event outside of Dallas. I don’t do a lot of reviews, but there’s one thing I like as much as money and that’s time. And this has given me time back with also the added uptick and quality tours. I wanted this to mainly communicate with the 90% of emails We get that are funnel from the knot and wedding wire and other platforms that asked the same questions of can I get more information pricing is this date available? I watched it like a hawk at first and now I’m just skim through it every other night just to make sure but it answers so professionally and it probably actually seems like it cares a lot better than I do sometimes. I have it set up where it’ll notify me whenever somebody’s ready to book or if there is just back-and-forth conversation,it’ll let me know just so I can. Double check those. It does a great job of nudging them to come to her and will schedule it. We have it set up of the AI getting them to the tour and answering any initial questions. Then it hand it off to us to take care of them from the tour to the event date, but you can use it, however, and a lot more than I actually do.. Very few minor little flaws, which is so impressive for the 400 hundred inquires its doing a month. And the guy who’s been helping me has been unbelievably responsive. This is a no-brainer. It’s hard to let go to Technology some but this is great- trust me and play more golf!
I am always on the go and admin tasks are cumbersome. I love the automation for tasks and leads, so I can focus on the larger more money tasks at hand. They are open to feedback which is very helpful as everyone has different flows, the product seems to get better with more interaction. Very helpful!
