Really pleased with the service of JustBoilers. I phoned them on a random Thursday with boiler troubles and they had a plumber around the same day. Quote for new boiler was in my inbox within half an hour of the plumber visiting and the price was better than expected. New boiler installed and working a treat within a week and a half from first phonecall.

I used Just Boilers to replace my boiler on the recommendation of a neighbour. They were excellent in every single way. All the admin team were efficient and organised and Aaron did the quote and fitted the boiler. He was polite and helpful - explained everything and very tidy and organised. Their prices are competitive and I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent company. Accurate, fast, reliable, very professional plumber/engineer. I was shopping for a new boiler and asked for quotes from the usual suspects and Just Boilers. Their quote was super fast, no frills and very clear, excellent customer service and offered even 12-months 0% interest financing via a third party.

Also I had to change the exhaust pipe and being on the 4th floor, other companies were charging crazy hire for a cherry picker.
These guys had the most sensible quote and they co-ordinated everything. - On the day everything went smoothly.

They came, installation was spotless, utmost respect for the property (they came wearing protective socks over shoes, and with plenty of rags and protective covers for my wooden floors) - Engineer John was super courteous, fast and efficient and very accomodating.

I called them again a year later to service the boiler + to remove a radiator from one of my rooms. Again same experience: great quote and excellent work.

We had a leak coming through our bedroom ceiling that was spreading quickly and we had no idea what had caused it. It turned out to be a split pipe. The service was brilliant. The plumber arrived within an hour of us first contacting them, was knowledgeable and efficient, and fixed our issue without fuss, avoiding us having extensive damage to our property. Highly recommend.

Just had our old boiler replaced. From first contact and a competitive quote, to admin/comms and boiler installation the service was top notch and professional. Daniel who did the work was fantastic (aided at one point by Aaron for a second floor flue installation) - considerate, clear comms explaining everything as the job progressed and the work was neat and tidy. Just Boilers recently did a boiler replacement and system flush for us. They did an excellent job with care and efficiency. We highly recommend this team who were professional, courteous, and civil, restoring our faith in the process of hiring people who work in the trades.

Great service. Enquired about a replacement boiler and we were offered a site visit the same day. Engineer (Aaron) was clued up and able to quickly identify solutions to problems which had stumped our previous engineer.
The following week the boiler was replaced with the minimum of fuss. Would highly recommend. Wish I’d found Just Boilers years ago.

After servicing the boiler, your colleague also mended our Hive system which was extremely helpful. The problem was flat batteries which seems very simple - but not if the client was too stupid to check. He need not have taken the trouble to do this, but this is the sort of extra service that is much valued.

Throughout the whole process John, Rianne, Hayley, Yvette & Roly have simply been Fantastic! Extremely helpful, always reachable whenever we needed them. They answered and replied very efficiently, to all our emails, messages and queries in the same day.

They created such a warm and helpful environment that we felt more like friends then clients.

It truly has been a wonderful experience, John has been amazing, his work was flawless while installing our new boiler. His politeness, professionalism, punctuality, extreme tidiness, experience and knowledge as a heating engineer are the reasons why we would highly recommend him and Justboilers for their outstanding 5 star service!

Efficient, professional, polite. Just Boilers installed a new boiler and complete central heating system in my flat. They were prompt and extremely tidy and did a very neat job with the pipework. Admin team and engineers all pleasant and straightforward to deal with

Just Boilers were recommended to me by a neighbour and I was really pleased with the service from start to finish. I asked for a call back via the website on a Saturday, and I received a prompt call at the time scheduled on the same day. The appointment was then quickly booked in for later in the week, and I received confirmations of timings etc. by text message. Adam was pleasant and professional, and I was very grateful that he checked over everything carefully.

I had to get a new boiler recently and used JustBoilers 24/7. They have been amazing , responsive to calls , fast to inspect and quote and then installed within a week !!!! That is by far the best easiest and fastest, most professional , friendly service i have ever had the pleasure of using.

The pre installation advice was excellent and the actual installation was carried out by John who was punctual efficient and very tidy. Work carried out in the quoted time and as per quote.

First time home owner and so many things to have checked after the first year. This company have been brilliant from the beginning. Very quick response from initial enquiry and all information provided (just what I needed as I had no idea what I was doing). They also offer a call back service for a time that works for you which is very useful. Had everything booked and confirmed in a 5 minute phone call.
