I'm still waiting for the goods I…

I'm still waiting for the goods I ordered 8th March, we are now the 31st March and no sign. I have confirmed my address and still waiting.
So cannot report on whether the item is good or not.

I do feel the price was high but I had…

I do feel the price was high but I had to purchase the hand sanitizer for work purposes. I brought 1 litre a onth ago and it cost me £10 - this litre cost me nearly £50, but needs must and it was all I could get.

Very poor customer services

Received the wrong item and had to go to great lengths to get the company to finally admit that they were at fault. The item was replaced free of charge but I had to request a free returns label 3 times before I was finally enable me to return the wrong item sent. Not impressed with the initial responses from customer services in this instance.

In difficult times !

Came before estimated date 👍making my own Hand gel so needed the aloe Vera gel to go with rubbing alcohol ! It works ! Couldn’t buy any for my family so thought I’d make it !
