Honestly regret buying from here. Overhyped “natural” branding but poor product quality and zero accountability. No proper support, no follow-up, nothing. Feels like once they get your money, they don’t care.

Very disappointing experience. The products didn’t match the quality they claim, and customer service was basically non-existent. Took way too long to get a response, and when I finally did, it didn’t solve anything. Definitely not worth the money.

I was sold an item as genuine but it was counterfeit, I have proof as I own genuine items and it’s clearly different and the quality is not the same.

I reached out to the phone number provided on the delivery package and emailed for a refund but have received no response. After leaving this review they reached out, and offered a refund after I took this review down. Denying knowledge of the counterfeit item. I sent clear side by side photos.

I thought about taking this review down, however they still have the counterfeit items listed on their website for a premium.

Hot tip, you can buy the same dupe for $12 on eBay.
