Jupiter SEO Tool offers an impressive collection of premium tools at a very affordable price point. The value for money is definitely there, and the platform itself works well when you're set up.
However, I'm giving 4 stars because of one significant frustration: the subscription process. Unlike most modern SaaS platforms where you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with a few clicks, here you have to actually talk to a person to make any changes to your subscription. There's no automated system for this.
In 2026, managing a subscription shouldn't require contacting support and waiting for a response just to adjust your plan. It feels unnecessarily manual and outdated. This is especially frustrating when you need to make a quick change or cancel before a renewal date.

100% SCAMMERS - I paid but they DON'T give me access - Money LOST
I bought a plan from Jupiter SEO Tool and they charged my credit card, but I didn't receive an active subscription. I don't have access to any of the tools. I checked app.jupiterseotool.com and creem.io and MY ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION DOESN'T APPEAR.
THEY DON'T RESPOND TO MESSAGES. I've sent them multiple messages and they haven't even replied. They paid me but they're NOT delivering the product.
People, please don't buy this plan. You'll get scammed. It's a total rip-off.

Worst support ever. They don't have a solution for the tool issue. Every time I find new challenges to use this tool. If you are committed to someone for the reports don't go with this tool. Totally useless.

I bought this tool on someone's advice… and its worst.....
I bought this tool on someone's advice and it has the worst service of my life. It has been 4 days since I bought the tool and everyday there is some new problem. Sometimes downloading is not possible from their tool, sometimes their website runs slow, today their website is not even logging in, everyday there is a new problem. No one should buy their tool, it is the worst website.

Legit and Affordable
So many tools for a low price all in one place is amazing. I can't imagine paying all of them separately it'll cost me a couple hundred dollars. The service sometimes become buggy but their customer support on Whatsapp is quick to respond and fix the issue.
