Horrible customer service
Do not bother ordering from this company. The customer service is horrible. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing & emailed the company at the provided email address 5 minutes later. I didn't hear back from them, & then tried calling the number listed on their website. It doesn't even ring, it just plays a message saying that the number isn't accepting calls. The item ended up shipping out, & I finally got a response from the company when I responded to the shipping notification email & told them that I had asked them to cancel the order 20 hours prior. I was told to send the item back & I would get a refund. I refused the item from the post office, & now it looks like USPS can't even get it back to this company because they don't want to pay return postage on it. So I'm probably going to have dispute the charge with my bank. No item is worth all this headache.

My recent purchase from Juntame.com went off smoothly, no hiccups.
I was content with price I paid on Juntame, but, became QUITE a bit more pleased, once I checked the manufacturer's site, and, saw what the manufacturer was charging for the item!
And, quality-wise, handling the product, you can tell that it's WELL-made, and, probably worthy of the manufacturers' price...which only made the much-discounted price that I paid on Juntame even that much more of a value.

Customer Service Stinks
While the toy works great it didn’t come with a charger and anytime I tried to contact the company, either the phone doesn’t work or nobody checks the emails. Honestly just makes me think their customer service is bad.

This company is a scam I haven’t…
This company is a scam I haven’t received my package nor refund. They keep giving me the runaround. They email me like at 4 in the morning. I recommend not ordering from here going back Pink cherry and Dearlady. I have never had an issue ordering from them and speaking with someone when I had a problem with my order.

Late item
I didnt like that I ordered an item on Dec. 24 and didnt receive it till Jan. 9th. I emailed them and they did answer it a couple of days later. They did apologize and offered 15% off another item. Even though the item arrived late it is a good product.

Never received my orders from this…
Never received my orders from this company. Customer service responded to my order inquiry but has not given me an actual delivery date. As of today, I would classify this company as a scam and recommend that no one order from this company in the future.
