The guys arrived nice and early very friendly. They got to work and cleared the junk nice and quick. Excellent customer service and the price was good too. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I enquired yesterday morning and received a prompt reply from James who explained how quickly they could sort my urgent clearance for me. Was all dealt with the next day on a weekend.
James was transparent and explained the difference in prices (weekday vs weekend).
Two very friendly employees came and removed the items quickly and safely so I have been left very happy with the service I received from start to finish!

Thank you for clearing out my elderly mums flat while she is in hospital quickly and efficiently in a sensitive and caring manner. The two guys who did the job worked very hard in difficult conditions due to the heatwave and were very polite courteous and non judgemental about the clutter in her flat. Also the guy on the phone who arranged the team to do the job was very polite courteous and helpful and provided a great service.

Not a great experience. The collection was cancelled twice at last minute. Once was cancelled just a night before the house sale completion. Finally after paying more money so called A team was sent in the morning. The guys were rude and left huge scratch marks on the floor.
To be fair the owner was apologetic but the service was just bad.
