Quick and easy only complaint is being on the phone for 30 minutes at a time

They made it so easy very polite and professional all question were answer “thoms up

The tow truck driver was on time, and very polite and kind! Everyone in the office made it easy seeing as how I had lost my pink slip ,which was taken care of with the right paperwork !I hope someone enjoys the van !I know I sure did !

The Experience was good. My local Tow Operator was excellent. Communication is not handled as well as is could be. It seems that jobs are assigned to a new agent every few minute and I was speaking to different people throughout the process, mostly just polling for weather things were completed. This included text messaging and phone calls where I was asked "if the driver came", "when the appointment to pick up was", "if I got the car picked up" and even "iF i got paid." to which I will answer yes I did get what i was quoited.

The driver called me. He helped me try to jump the car . He helped me take the plates off. He was a gentleman.

From initial contact to final sale was about 1 week. The process was fairly easy, although there was a lot of extra back-and-forth where it seemed like some of the people involved were not talking to each other and instead were all talking to or through me—but too much communication is better than too little!

Getting a quote was easy and hassle free. The offer on my car was fair, and the turnaround from start to finish was fast. I would really like to make this a five star rating, but I had several communication failures with the tower, who I believe was a subcontractor. They failed to contact me on the original scheduled pick-up date and the day after. I contacted Wheelzy again, and they were helpful in getting the tower to complete the title transfer and payment.

Only problem was it took too long, three days to complete the transaction.

The reaponse time was great and everything was seamless and so much easier and userfriendly than I had worried it would be.

Terrible service poor payment options. They get your vehicle and title without a direct payment made to you. Paid me with a paper check that can take up to 10 business days. Now they gone with my car and title and the check is still being reviewed by my bank. They need to make cash transactions or some form of immediate direct payments for their “records” but to drive away with someone car and not make a guarantee of payment. ***So finally I called after both of my banks declined to cash my eCheck and spoke with Paul he solved my problem and I really appreciate his time with me. So Paul changed my experience. He made sure I was paid.

Showed up early and paid the price told.

They communicated well and everything they said was true and efficient
