Communication initially was good but pickup took longer than expected. They didn't not show up when we initially scheduled for pickup.

In the end, the transaction went smoothly, though I had my doubts after drivers failed to pick up our car for two days in a row. Wheelzy employees kept us up to date with text messages and phone calls and were always quick to help. The third attempt was the charm - the car was picked up and the check cleared without issues at Bank of America.
