She was a life saver as my phone auto filled the wrong delivery address and I did not notice until days after I placed the order. In April 2025, I ordered a very simple wedding dress. It was way too big! I had to come on here to complain in order for the company to send me information to send the dress back. The company claims to be based in California, yet the return address was in China. I paid over $50 to ship the dress back. The dress was in my mailbox last week with an undeliverable stamp. AVOID THIS SCAM SITE!

My wedding is on april18th I ordered my dress and it was customed ordered. It came 2 weeks later . It was exactly what was pictured and the fit is amazing . I highly recommend them . They ask alot of questions but I clearly saw they wanted to ensure my dress was made for my body. Im so happy .

If I could give less stars I would. They show they have a return policy, but when attempting to return a dress that looks NOTHING like the picture and is different from the description, all I was offered was to have the dress sent in a different size. Then we were offered a refund of $87 for a $200 dress........There are no real people to talk to with this company only AI bots. I am disgusted that I wasted my time hoping this company would come through with the dress of my dreams. They couldn't even come through with a dress in 1 color..........don't order a black dress from them, especially if it has buttons, the buttons will be white with no explination as to why.

My fiancé ordered a dress from June Bridals. It didn’t look at all like the photos. Upon trying to return it, two weeks of asking for a return address they provided an address in China. It costs $230 to send the dress back.

During my online shopping adventure
During my online shopping adventure, I had many dresses in my cart that were my favorites, i did go to a bridal shop to try dresses on for sizing, but the one I first fell in love with was the one that I got, the fact that I could get it in black was amazing! And they are still offering to help as I bought a standard size which fits, almost perfectly... I had some more questions, and they are still offering their help, which in my book, customer service goes a long way!

The extra pearls we asked for are exactly what we wanted. I was surprised at the detail. The dress does seem slightly different from the online picture but it is still beautiful. I did custom measurements and I’m glad I did.
I do want to recommend that June Bridals send the dress in a box. It’s ok that it was in a bag but it was wrapped so tightly and the “thrill” of opening it just wasn’t the same.

I was really very impressed with the quality and the speed with which it arrived. The sizing was spot on. I had a mishap with entering a portion of my address wrong and they were able to intercept the carrier with the new address portion and it arrived right on time. The dress is beautiful. Even ordering 2 sizes up didn't help.
We ordered the wedding dress on January 6th 2026. Paid additional for faster shipping as the wedding is 02/21/26. Gave a size of 2 sizes larger that we needed as in case alteration was needed, larger is always better. Got the dress January 15th, checked it out and immideatly messages them as the dress was NOT a 14. It was more like a6 or an 8 Maybe and that's being generous. The fact that i am not large(size 10) and my daughter who is skinny as a rail at 107lbs 5'7 couldn't hardly get her skinny arms in the armholes, and if she tried to move her arms, it would most likely have ripped the back open it was that tight.(it is a wraparound lace dress)It wouldn't close in the front even. It was literally a "CHILDS" size 14 at best. Now, I know ordering from China or overseas you should always size up a few, so as a size 10, i ordered 14... That is NOT what we received. messaged the June Bridals by email, they emailed back asking for Full Photo Measurements. We sent them back to them with a request for 1/2 refund at least as the dress is not usable, and 3 tailers/seamstresses told us the entire upper half would have to be removed and completely restructured to allow it to fit. Essentially 1/2 the price of the original dress as it was with shipping $216.00. They also stated the manaquins they used for this were a 14 size... THEY DIDN"T HAVE ARMS!! There is NO WAY they could have sized the arms without that. They would have known they were no where near a 14 armhole size.
We are less than 2 weeks from the wedding now and I am seriously considering eloping. We are waiting on the final reply from June Bridals now and if they do not comply, we are filing a fraud complaint with my bank and getting the funds returned from them.
Edit: Just looked on the website. For a Wrap Dress, the Armhole measurements are supposed to be 18" (45 ½) Yet we sent them, and have photos of the dress showing that the circumference of the armhole is literally 5" That is NOT the sizing for a 14. In fact, their website states a size "2" has armhole size of 15" (38cm) so, Yeah, I want a full refund for falsifying information.

In the apparel industry, armholes are measured by circumference; a 5-inch diameter translates to a circumference of approximately 15.7 inches, which is within the standard range for the size 14 you ordered.
We provide a detailed US standard size chart on our website specifically so customers can choose the correct fit based on their actual body measurements. Relying on "sizing up" from your usual retail size instead of following the provided measurements often leads to fit issues, as every brand’s sizing varies. Our quality control photos confirm that this dress fits our standard size 14 mannequin perfectly.
