Fantastic company
Fantastic company! I printed two t shirts for my partners birthday with jumpstart. I spoke with Emmanuel who was really helpful and guided me through the whole process really can’t commend him enough. The t shirts arrived and they’re stunning great quality and fit couldn’t be happier with them. 5 star customers service and a a really great price. Thanks all at jumpstart!

Crazy isn’t it.
Still no reply via email, also no reply or an excuse on here like they have replied to everyone else?!
Because they did me dirty and they know they have.
How disgusting and disrespectful most of all low.
And Yano the thing is am not even a person that goes as low as writing a bad review but I think this is very much needed.
when I’ve had hundreds taken and wasted. While trying to build my self up while struggling with mental health.
It’s a must.

Fantastic team.
Emmanuel and the rest of the Jumpstart team massively exceeded my expectations. His communication was rapid - I managed to make more progress with him in 1 DAY than my previous supplier managed to do in 4 WEEKS (no word of a lie). Turnaround was exceptionally fast, design suggestions and colour corrections were encouraged by Emmanuel which resulted in some fantastic pieces being made. I will definitely be working with you guys again, thank you.

"It will shrink in wash to a small"...
There's a reason there is no returns/refund policy on their site... they won't give one.
1 Star review for poor service and lack of support when trying to return an item. Even for a blank t shirt used for sizing reference, returns are not accepted. Ordered 2 Medium's and 1 Small, seller sent me wrong size purposefully explaining "it will shrink in wash", "Thought you wanted 3 Medium's not 2 Medium's and 1 Small."...
Seller demanded I return the parcel with untracked postage, how would I know the parcel had arrived? I sent parcel signed for tracked and seller refused to accept out of spite, shame.
2 Emails in and I was told "I can already imagine what working with you and your company will be like, stressful, uncooperative and professional". Thank you for the compliment, I take pride in being professional, if only I could say the same for you.
Looks like they have enough issues as it is with their second gazette, and accounts overdue. If only they put the same effort with writing emails as they did with legal work...

Hi,
We didn’t say it will shrink in the wash to a small. We said you can return the product using our prepaid label and we can issue a replacement but you choose to use a different label than the one provided then could not locate the package.
We didn’t actually manufacturer anything for you, we just sold you blank T-shirts.
Sometimes two companies don’t align in the way the work and that’s perfectly ok. We opted out of wanting to work with you when we got the sense it may not be the best transaction. We do understand that being denied access to a service is frustrating but our customer service team are very well trained to avoid situations we may not be best suited to participate in.
We love working with customers so it’s a shame you did not get to experience the great service we have to offer, just as our hundreds of other customers do. We do however hope you find a manufacturing service better suited for your needs
