Great response time and fast shipping

What a great experience and product! Product came almost immediately and unexpected because there was no shipping activity, it just showed up! My plan worked, my boys are back outside and off video games! The first thing they say is dad can I go outside and get on the trampoline! WOW! Thanks jumpfly!

The cartoons printed on the mat are awesome. Very bouncy. Definitely meets the price. Quality is decent, I wouldn't pay over the listed price for this. CON: I wish the pad that covers the springs was thicker and nicer, definitely seems/feels cheap. PRO: I like how the safety net is sewn into the jumping mat to keep little finger and toes from the springs. Overall we are happy with the purchase. Glad this trampoline has warranties included, I wouldn't buy without.

Trampoline did not hold up. Folded upon assembly. Was told we didn’t build it on the right surface so look out for that. After several emails trying to get replacement parts I finally gave up and they issued a refund.

Great shipping time, easy instructions and good quality

The assembly was quick and easy; however we needed to look up videos on some things as the instructions are more of a overview rather than a guide.

Part of our trampoline was deliver bent :( it’s one of the legs so we can’t use it as the trampoline won’t sit even. I reached out by phone (which wasn’t helpful) but also email, they got back to me right away and sent a replacement piece. Great customer service, I will purchase again in the future!

The trampoline was super easy to assemble & the kids were jumping in no time at all. Would definitely recommend this product to a friend !

I have not opened it yet . I bought it as a birthday present . The trampoline arrived quickly and the price was reasonable . The box is heavy so seems to have sturdy parts inside the box . If it looks anything like the picture my granddaughter will love it .

The grandboys LOVE their trampoline in Gma & Gpa's back yard. Granny single-handedly assembled the whole thing and gave up a have a dozen times, but continued on until complete. The strong tension on the final few of the 72 springs connecting to the bounce part was a little challenging, as was the 8 arch shaped perimeter tubes - getting the last one to open wide enough and then snugly insert sleeve into connection. But I'm sure it'd been a breeze with 2 people. Instructions were good. All parts were there. Thx Jumpfly!

The company had an early sale and I purchased it for my granchildren for Christmas. The order came on time and the box is in good condition. I won't know how they like it until they open it at Christmas.

Issue with price that the company did not honor. They claimed it was a mistake.
