Very helpful customer service. Fast shipping.

It was difficult putting the top of the safety poles into the pocket of the safety net. Also, material not very sturdy as far as the latch and material two broke. Very happy with the overall trampoline.

We have been very happy with our jump flex overall. The customer service was excellent. The product is great. The only thing that I would say is that not all the parts were included but what was missing they took care of in a flash with no questions asked. I would go with jump flex again.

15ft arrived within 48 hours , 3 boxes And 3 hours later , my 8 year old was doing front flips !!!! Super easy assembly. Most challenging was attaching safety net to poles , but get a ladder and slide over the top of the pole one at a time and secure the strap before moving to the next one and there are no issues and it was still pretty easy. Assembled all by myself one person

The only disappointment is that the basketball attachment was out of stock and still not available

Love it! Set up is pretty straightforward considering the size of it. It has been a huge hit with the whole family.

One of the steps on our ladder had broken, so I reached out to Jumpflex customer service. They responded much faster than I had expected and offered to replace our ladder for free. Before I knew it, the ladder was shipped and received in great condition! Very impressed with the response timing from the customer service team!

Having an awesome trampoline with an awesome company says a lot. The net had a few tears after a year and they replaced it within a week! We love our Jump Flex!

Our 15ft trampoline had a link break on the mat that connects to the spring. After calling and emailing photos of the incident, a replacement mat was sent within a week! Bang up job team!

I ordered the wrong net to replace a failed one. After I realized it was the wrong size, the jumpflex team quickly replaced it with the right one. Really happy with their support and their products.

Ordered the 12' for my 2 daughters, 12 & 6. Order came fast, and somehow we were one spring short in the box. Customer service had it to us within 36 hours, and this trampoline has brought the entire family hours of fun, and helps us maintain our fitness!! Safety net is secure, as my little loves when mommy bounces her "to the moon!" Definitely recommend, as our neighbors have had theirs for 4 summers now.

The directions do not tell you to insert the basketball hoop (if purchased). So when it is all assembled, you have to take it apart again, to insert the basketball hoop. The remaining uprights couldn’t take the pressure of being partially disassembled and one buckled. It took nearly two months to get the replacement parts. It’s a very nice trampoline, but tough to get parts. And it’s too expensive not to use for two months, waiting for parts.

I contacted a jumpflex representative about replacement trampoline parts. The got me hooked up ASAP with the needed materials and they were shipped super fast.

Came quick in mail. Had a little issue with the stitching on the zipper but they sent me a new net right away.
