It is very good, but it hasn't arrived yet.

I ordered a pair of Glasses plus the case and after 3 weeks the package arrived. The Person I was corresponding with “James” up until then always responded very quickly. But after I told him that the Color of the glasses was not the Color from the pictures on the website he completely ignored me (the plastics - they came in this really cheap looking purple instead of black).
So first of all it took 3 weeks for the glasses to arrive, then they arrived in a different Color and last but not least they completely ignore their customers as soon as there’s a problem.
Personally I am really disappointed in the way they treated me as a customer, and also I’m disappointed in their product as well. The glasses are really heavy and the plastics look cheap.

I can only account for my experience but I was very happy with my purchase and purchasing experience.

Glasses surpassed my expectations and we had good communication over email, with fast reply.

I received a tracking number and the parcel was sent as a traceable letter to be delivered to the mailbox. It took a while to be delivered but that’s likely due to it being low priority since it’s a cheap shipment option but still have to go customs process. Please bear in mind that the shipment was included in the price so for me it’s totally fair.

I have no reason to rate my experience less than 5 stars. Reach out to them over mail beforehand if you are uncertain.

Update: 8/31/23 I still have not received my package and have reached out to them several times still absolutely no response. Completely bad company. I am super disappointed and pissed.

I never received my glasses. I have reached out several times to both here,ship, and the shipping company and have never received a message back.

So bought metal Juliet Oakley replica glasses. They broke after wearing 5 times.
Contacted seller via insta, PayPal and Etsy but no response. Only when I put up bad review and escalated with PayPal did they respond. Shocking way to do business. They stated that I could only get refund if I gave a better review. They did refund me in the end and deleted my order in Etsy so my initial review got deleted.

Honestly the best looking glasses in the market atm. They’re de polarising and help me see in times I am blinded by the sun. My glasses arrived in perfect condition and are super durable. I tried skiing ⛷️ with them on and honestly it’s the best way to keep wind from penetrating your irises. Their website is so intuitive too and their products are very easy to find on google.
