I’ve been working with Julie for a little over three years and I am a different woman now! She gets me, celebrates me, and challenges me when it is appropriate! I trust her and have complete confidence in her! As a result, I can express my feelings better in a timely manner, listen to my body, instead of my mind most of the time, and have a purpose to my life! I am very grateful to Julie as she is a warm, intelligent woman with a definite sense of humor and is a pleasure to work with as a coach. Working with Julie completely transformed my life. When I began working with Julie my life looked really great on the outside. I had achieved professional success in a field I loved, I was married to a great guy, had two amazing daughters and lived in the town I always imagined living in. But I was completely burned out and didn't understand what was wrong with me for not being able to do it all or fully appreciate all that I had. The skills I learned working with Julie and the perspective she offered helped me see my life and myself in a completely new way. I went from approaching everything in my life as a way to prove I was worthy to being empowered to figure out what I really wanted.
