Todd came out and found the underground leak straight away. He fixed it and made good the surface in a morning. Highly recommended.

Todd is incredible.
Took time out on a sunday to come and help me with a problem
Very friendly.

Mains supply water leak. Contacted and problem detected and fixed within 24 hours. Great service received. Highly recommend.

I had a leak in the water troughs in the stables. Todd came and fixed it. Great job!

Informed by Severn Trent that my mains water supply had a leak, Todd came over within a day, assessed the job and quickly suggested a remedy. He and his colleague, Tom, were on site within two days and installed a full new water supply pipe. This involved a lot of digging and using the ‘mole’ tool. They never stopped and the works were completed within 2 days.
I was really impressed by Todd’s knowledge and professionalism and by the hard work by both.
After the works they completely cleared the site leaving no mess whatsoever.
I would not hesitate in recommending Todd and Tom to anyone, really impressed with their clean and tidy hard work.

Can't recommend him highly enough. Works really hard and work is of the highest standard. A really pleasant man. Absolutely great service.

Advised by Severn Trent that I had a leak on my property somewhere. Todd came out within days and gassed the system to diagnose where the leak was (under the kitchen) and gave me options on what he could do explaining the process, cost and (no) disruption benefits and timeline to fix. He was very polite, courteous and efficient – exuded reassurance all the way with absolutely no pressure at all. His work was excellent, he re-routed the whole mains water supply to a new entry point in the utility room and fitted a new stop tap, capping off the old supply. Absolutely amazing job using a mole machine under the block paving which involved lifting a few blocks in certain areas rather than the whole driveway and path. A fantastic clean up and after he had finished you couldn’t even tell he had been. 100% recommend this company – can’t praise him enough.

Turned up on time, polite, respectful and a top job.

Amazing service all round got me book in right away. Excellent service provided no messing about just cracked on got the job done..
Worked tidy left zero mess from the job rocked up on the time he gave me to me is major bonus cause no one like waiting around

Todd and Tom repaired a leak on the water supply pipe to our property. Very pleased with job done. Prompt and efficient. A pleasure to deal with.

Todd came out on Christmas Eve after we found a leaking water pipe underground in our front garden. Todd came at short notice and was quick and efficient at solving the problem. He was friendly and very professional. We can’t thank Todd enough as we would’ve been without water over Christmas and potentially new year without his help!

Todd's team came out on Sunday in horrid weather just before Christmas to save ours. They located a severe leak underground and repaired it within the day after excavation. Despite deep trench work, after they left, you wouldn't have noticed they'd been. Everything was left neat. Polite, professional and completed on time. I'd highly recommend although I hope I never have to use them again :-)

Excellent service, quickly found leaks and resolved issues promptly. Highly recommend, friendly and polite.

Brilliant service-can’t thank them enough. Went the extra mile to come out to emergency leak.
