I was recommended JT Pierpoint for a leak in my pipework, as someone who knows nothing about this kind of thing, Todd was very informative and clearly knew his stuff! From first contacting Todd, the job was done and completed within four days, excellent service to a high standard of work. Thank you will definitely recommend to others.

So glad we got Todd to do the work replacing water pipes. It was a tricky job on difficult terrain. He and his colleague worked so hard every day, keeping us informed of what needed to be done and why. He was always keen to ensure we were happy and satisfied with the job and it was a pleasure to have them around. We had a number of quotes for the work and Todd stood out as someone who understood the issue and would get it right. He was the right choice for sure and we would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Todd arrived on time , explained what his plan for the job entailed, carried out the said plan along with his assistant. They worked hard and managed to find the leak to my property (such a relief )They carried out the repair, then tidied up the whole area , excellent service.Highly Recommended .

Amazing job - tracing the leak was cleverly worked out, repaired well and super tidy finish - very grateful. Would definitely use again and recommend.
Thanks Todd.

I recently hired JT Pierpoint Utilities for a water pipe repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the problem in clear terms, and provided a fair and transparent quote. The repair was done promptly, with minimal disruption to my home, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything was functioning perfectly before they left. I highly recommend JT Pierpoint Utilities to anyone needing reliable and expert water pipe repair services!

Excellent knowledge on what needed to be done
Very swift service
New pipes installed and certified
Everything returned to as it was before work started.
Very grateful.

Todd and his colleague were very kind and supportive in what was a very stressful situation.

He communicated effectively from the start. It was a relief to find someone who was professional and kind.

Brilliant, I can't recommend Todd at J T Pierpoint high enough, so helpful. He went above & beyond. Great service. Wish I could give him an extra star. If you need help with a water issue, use this company.

Todd has just completed a very complex job that involved multiple properties with multiple owners. The job was definitely not straight forward and he worked with all owners to find a solution that minimised the impact on everyone. His ability to find different solutions was impressive. He was punctual and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend Todd to anyone.

Was recommended this company from seven trent water and the service from start to finish was first class. Communication first class, job excellent and cleaned up after themselves. Answered all our questions and was such an approachable guy. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thanks alot A1 all round

Todd was really informative and explained things in a way we understood.

First-class customer service from start to finish. Needed to upgrade the main water service ASAP for increased flowrate for the new hot water cylinder. The team at JT Pierpoint Utilities moved heaven and earth, including working late, to get the job done at extremely short notice. The job was far from straight forward due to the elevations of our property and tight space. The team were friendly, punctual and cleaned up after job was complete. 10/10 highly recommended and would use them again in the future.

Fast reliable service

Todd & Tom did a fabulous job . They kindly prioritised our leak & came out at the weekend to repair it . They did a really profession job , found the leak , repaired it & relayed my block paved drive perfectly . Super job 👍

Can’t recommend these guys highly enough, called Todd at 8.45pm Saturday evening due to a water leak on our mains, causing water damage inside our property! Both him and Tom were with us by 9am the next morning. Fantastic blokes and they did a fabulous job !! Thanks again both of you. We really appreciate it.

After using Todd previously for a leak on a families property I have recently used again when a leak was identified on mine.
I needed the work completing quickly to avoid disruption to other works planned. Todd attended identified and fixed the leak in a timely manner and within the time frames I had.
From previous experiences I was confident enough in Todd to leave him to get on with the job whilst I carried on my daily life.
The site was left clean and tidy following the repair.
I would highly recommend Todd.
Thank you again.

After a larger than expected water bill, my partner and I were concerned we had a leak. I found Todd at JT Pierpoint Utilities after a few Google searches and I’m very glad I did. He came out within hours of my first phone call, found the issue incredibly quickly and got things sorted. Excellent service and I’d have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Todd recently did some work for me, I’ve since contacted him regarding another job, once again the service Todd provided was excellent Todd came out within 24 hours and came out of hours and was able to fix the issue with 30 minutes. I can’t recommend Todd enough, thank you.

Todd assessed the work that needed doing as soon he could, quoted the next day and then promptly came out to do the work the week after we called to confirm with him. He is very considerate of your home and tidies up really well, taking all rubble and waste. I was really nervous of the disruption but Todd was very reassuring. The lead pipe replacement in our driveway was more difficult than expected but Todd still made it work with minimal disruption. I would 100% go back to JT Pierpoint for future work, thanks!

Jon proved to be very conscientious, professional and reliable. His work is clean and tidy, his manner very pleasant and helpful. We are very happy with the result and recommend him wholeheartedly.
