Lisa booked a trip which included 2 destinations for a group of 6.. and we couldn't be happier! We had an amazing holiday and the whole process was just such a breeze. We booked with Lisa after a recommendation and I am so glad we did as it made the whole holiday stress free, there wasn't anything I needed to do for once! She was really prompt at answering any questions I had, even silly ones. I will be using Lisa from now on and will recommend my family and friends to! Thanks so much :)

Have known and worked with Lisa for a few years now, and have found her to be completely customer focused. Late nights, early mornings and even when shes on business trips. The fact that 1 person can cause this because he wants to pkay victim is shocking. Lisa, you know what yiu do, as do your customers! Dont ever change! ❤️

Have booked with Lisa on 5 occasions nothing was to much bother 100% commitment to her customers everything always ran smooth and hassle free been to Portugal 🇵🇹 Spain 🇪🇸 and Egypt 🇪🇬 all stress free will definitely be booking again thanks Lisa

Have booked several holidays with Lisa at JRT Travel & wouldn’t use anybody else now. All holidays required, Lisa has gave her expertise & knowledge before confirming any booking. The process from start to finish is stress free & nothing is of any trouble for Lisa. I highly recommend this business with confidence to friends & family!

Lisa is a fantastic travel advisor, she would go to the ends of the earth for all her customers. We have booked numerous times with Lisa and it's a hastle free process time and time again saving us money time and time again. We would never go anywhere else for our holidays. 5 star service from a 5 star business x

Lisa was so helpful from booking to departing.
She was fantastic even when one of our families passport took longer than expected .
She booked us in online ( party 9 ) and managed to get us all seated for no additional cost , both outward and inward flights.
Nothing is a problem .

Please dont listen to negative review from PENNY APARTMENTS this person has NEVER BOOKED a holiday with JRT TRAVEL he is a SCAMMER!! Would TRUST JRT travel with all aspects of booking a holiday very professional and extremely reliable

Really didn’t like the service provided

Excellent communication from start to finish when booking my holiday with Lisa . Very professional and friendly and nothing is a bother .

We had a great experience with the airport transfer service in Hurghada. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and stress-free. The driver was waiting on time, helped with luggage, and was very polite and professional. Reliable and hassle-free service that I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone visiting Hurghada. Excellent communication re booking & pre flight.

I have booked 4 holidays with Lisa i would not book with anyone else , shes always there from start till finish ,theres not one thing you have to sort apart from your case lisa does it all, one holiday 1 of our parties had a stroke 9 weeks before we were going on holiday and lisa did everything to sort things out as the person couldn't not fly ,she also now makes sure that person gets all the assistance he needs when were going on holiday , i would highly reccomend lisa

Used Lisa for a private boat trip in Hurghada. Nothing was too much trouble. A few of us were unwell on the day of the trip and Lisa arranged for the boat staff to have some medication for us so we could enjoy it. Really appreciated this and would highly recommend her and 100% use her again. She also arranged a mini bus for us to the marina after a terrible experience with uber. Thank you.

Once again Jet travel have delivered a holiday package that suits all my and my husbands needs at a reasonable price with all our requirements. Everything taken care of and very professional service.

Used for trips and taxis great honest and very helpful not just for the trips we booked but for other information and always replied fast, recommended to all my friends currently booked to come out to Egypt. It’s reassuring to know you have a friendly helpful ex pat full of knowledge and time for you no matter the questions. Great prices aswell.

Would like to thank Scott and Lisa for their amazing service, help and advice, booked our desert safari with them in Hurghada and everything ran extremely smoothly, Scott also then ran us around to the marina and airport runs always on time with no fuss, both lovely people and would definitely recommend them, we will be booking future holidays with them and also for any trips etc when visiting Hurghada.

We recently booked a family trip to Denmark legoland with Lisa . It was absolutely fantastic. Lisa was amazing very well organized, fantastic communication, happy to help with any questions we had about our trip. We can’t wait to rebook with Lisa again for our next family adventures. I would 💯 recommend Lisa for booking your next holiday trip. Nothing is a hassle and she is always eager to help and make your holiday special.
