Amazing review system, i have seen a lot of review systems for Wordpress but jreviews has no match, it is flexible and the support is very friendly. It is been 7 years now i am using it and never had any reason to migrate my sites from jreviews.

fact is that, the latest version of jreviews made me more happy and i want it always to be the major part of my online businesses.

JReviews is so versatile the possibilities are endless, you can build anything you want (the addons are the same high quality as the core product).
It is a multi featured and easy to use product that works smoothly 'out of the box' as a standalone item or integrated with other software and support is superb - fast, helpful, reliable, innovative, responsive to feedback and focused on providing the best solution for the customer.
The documentation is very detailed with clear instructions, diagrams and code examples for different types of custom variations.

JReviews is a world class software supported by a Universe class team! I have been a long time customer and every single time I have needed any help, JReviews team have come to my rescue. Many times these requests are to extend the system and in the last 12+ years, I havent faced a dead-end. That alone should tell you what to expect with JReviews.

JReviews is certainly the very best directory component for Joomla. There are many features in this component you will not find in other directory's. Many add-ons and integrations. Don't let the name fool you, it is way more then just a reviews component and the support is very good and very fast. I put in a handful of tickets and they were always answered fast and efficient. JReviews is a comprehensive review software with many features and aspects that can be used for a review based web site or can be used as a business or product listing type site. It is the best I have seen in the last 7-10 years for Joomla or Wordpress sites.

Why, apart from the comprehensive features and aspects of JReviews - the service, follow up and response when I have an issue or question (usually related to not understanding something) is quick, easy to understand and accurate - in fact it is superb.

One of the best components for Joomla. It allows a great variety of configurations has an excellent functionality, it can be adapted to any project. A very good documentation and excellent support make it a very powerful tool. It is money well spent.

I have been working with JReviews for more than 10 years, installing and customizing it on dozens of websites. For my main projects, developed on Wordpress, JReviews have been the main pillar of the content structure. Its flexibility and fantastic support makes it easier to manage and publish all content, not only Directory or Reviews... With JReviews, you barelly need other Wordpress plugins, you have everything on one box: SEO optimization, related content and internal links structure, media management, User Profiles, favorites lists, activities feed, notifications, etc. Before JReviews for Wordpress, I would have to install multiple Wordpress plugins to have a content platform that barelly resembles what I had with JReviews on Joomla. That's not the case anymore, since JReviews is available for Wordpress, and not only that, but also a companion app, iOS and Android, integrated with your Wordpress (or Joomla).

Jreviews is simply the best review component around. I have been using it for years and nothing else comes close. Features are always being added and so the best becomes even better. If you are using Joomla or WordPress, look no further. If you are not using these CMSs, be sure to check them out together with Jreviews.

JReviews is undoubtedly one of the finest WordPress/Joomla extensions ever built. From geocoding of nearby businesses within your search criteria to advanced results that allows you to find exact posts/reviews from a given region/place. Having instant search, find by author/review, featured listings, frontend editing, directions, tabs, favorites, and beautiful listing layouts are just the tip of the ice berg.

While JReviews has hundreds of features that have an amazing amount of flexibility; speed and security of content are at the forefront. Whether it be concerns about passing queries into shortcodes, permission checks, advanced settings per listing types. An example of post permissions would be having specific sets of users to be able to review, add videos, but not add images directly to the article. Can set limits for display, attachment count, who needs to be moderated for reviews/submitting and so on.

-- Examples of what JReviews can do --

• Forum post on listings for precise discussions. Posts can have a listing as a relation followed by styling the comment form to act as the reply field. An example could be if you had a listing called "Camera Gear" I could create a thread (listing) set it's relation to "Camera Gear"; from that listing you could see the thread "Thoughts on Sony a7VI". Place in a search module to be able to search discussions related to that specific post (similar to Amazon's question search on a product). Unlike standard forums you have much more than just a standard category; discussions in places people will find them. You can display it abroad with ratings, metadata/fields, and have subscribed searches so that you can watch topics automatically to your criteria.

• Be notified when friend's go to amazing places. I can get email updates that are consolidated once a day or once a week from people I care about with precise information using the EngageUsers addon. Also can be notified or stream places that I'm watching for. Not only will this motivate people to explore the world, meet people, be a huge driving force for the site; it can even promote safer traveling.

• Planning places: With a bit of creativity of what you want users to be able to search up, you can give them the tools to find what it is that makes them happy. Whether it be people with a very precise interest, level of skill, event calendar showing when people want to meet, backup plans checklist, gear checklist, goals of the year, external resources associated with the listing, best rated places within a state, related reviews, and many more possibilities.

• Classified Listings: Have your community sell gear, products, or services within the directory. Make relations across listings so that people are more likely to find relevant listings.

• Advertise products that people actually want. If I had an article discussing a garage project that required precise gear we wouldn't want the ad showing cars or a simple query. We'd want to show something with competitive prices to that exact product to make the ad far more likely to be clicked and be less annoying to the viewer.

Alejandro is extremely supportive, responsive, and gives great tips to accomplishing your specific project. Documentation is also quite the treat with a user forum of enthusiasts who share code and have great ideas.

JReviews sets precision to a new level. After looking through hundreds of extensions including other powerful CCK's for WordPress; JReviews wins in a landslide.

What's better than the product is JReviews customer service. I've never experienced anything like this before. JReviews customer service is like having a personal programmer sitting next to you fixing any issues you have with your site. Unbelievably awesome and convenient.

You won't find a CCK with Reviews that's as powerful or as supported as JReviews.

This is the third time I've used the software for a site and I'm still blown away with the level of support offered, as well as how much it's grown.

There's a big learning curve, but it's worth learning for the flexibility you get from it.

jReviews is fantastic! We have tens of thousands of listings in our database and jReviews makes it easy to keep adding to that list. Recently we did a massive server migration and in the process a couple of issues popped up. The people at JReviews jumped right on it and had it completely fixed within 30 minutes of me opening a ticket with them.

If you run a review site, you HAVE to have jReviews.
