Terrible customer service charged me for 2 products & sent to mainly due to website not confirming order for several days and when I reorder got 2 confirmation at same time & shipped at same time after much Wrangling finally said they would take one back which I sent in December at time of writing over 3 months later no refund has been issued so I have in effect paid double for 1 figure it’s tantamount to theft at this point also add £18 to return the 2nd item DO NOT TRUST Extremely disappointed and frustrating complete RIP OFF

Hab nun schon mittlerweile einige Warhammer Figuren hier geholt.
Und ich muss sagen der Shop ist top.
Zum einen wesentliche günstiger wie jeder andere Shop und geliefert wird schnell und unkompliziert.
Support musste ich bisher nie kontaktieren da alles super war.
Versand kosten wenn überhaupt vorhanden sehr gering.
Kaufen kann ich hier ohne Sorgen Empfehlen.

Edited as now been sent the bag, was good service in the end , however had to wait and ideally quality control should have seen what was missing. I also bought a great deal of extra pieces to try to fill the missing pieces and this has not been offered to be refunded.

Origin - I bought a set that was over £100. When I eventually opened it to start making the set I discovered bag one was completely missing. I have contacted them but after six weeks just keep getting fobbed off.

I have ordered from joytoyworld and their sister site yourwobb.com (your world of building bricks). What can I say but absolutely superb service. One order had not shipped after a couple of days, a message via facebook to Loy who runs the fb group for joytoyworld and my order was on its way. My 1st parcel only took 9 days from China to London. The 2nd a little longer as it was near Christmas but still a lot quicker than other companies. Ok you don't get the boxes but the bricks and instructions are all there. Any trouble or advice needed just ask on the facebook group. A great selection of items, just wish my house was bigger so I could buy them all. Also the prices are very reasonable, especially as there is free worldwide shipping.

In October 2021 Gamesworkshop did an advanced order of Joytoy figures. I purchased both sets in the presale, and was told they'd be delivered in 6 months.

In March 2022 I discovered other figures had been released, figures I was totally unaware of. Gamesworkshop didn't sell these and were noncommittal about where and how I could get them.

I did some research and found a few companies online, but was cautious about ordering because of scams and people stealing credit card details during the pandemic.

Joytoy World came up in my shortlist. I joined their Facebook page and asked lots of questions, some of the members were quite terse; I was asking if I should order off the European or China based website, I think they thought I was asking if I should order from a different company.

I ordered 3 sets. 2 Came within 8 days, the time line given was 5-6 weeks because of Covid restrictions locking down Shanghai, the other set wasn't due to be released till a couple of months later, so that one is still on order.

I've ordered multiple sets since both on instant release and advanced presale. All those that could be sent have been and were with me within days.

The team at Joytoy world are really on it with their customer service, very professional and keep you unto date on what's going on.

One of my orders is stuck in their warehouse due to the Shanghai lockdown, they offered me a refund, so I could purchase an alternative product or told me an estimated timeline, and promised to dispatch as soon as they could.

Just a breath of fresh air. I will order from Joytoy World again, and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase the Joytoy Warhammer figures (which are AWESOME!).
