Total rip off. They do not fit like their ad describes. I would give them a minus 5 if I could for false advertising.

Ordered vehicle door latch covers which are described in the marketing as custom fit, with a vehicle logo.
The order took over a month and they are generic covers that don’t fit. The vehicle customisation is a paper sticker.
When I asked to return they made a partial refund offer. As they are of no use to me, I responded that I want to return for a full refund. I have received no further contact or refund from the company. AVOID !!

I bought something yesterday on the basis of Buy 2, Get 1 Extra Free.
I emailed them for confirmation that I would receive 3 because there was no indication to that effect in my order confirmation.
I added that if I was not to receive 3 they should cancel and refund the order.
I did receive a reply, at 04:56 this morning to say that my order was cancelled.
That seems strange because, if they actually have the item, it would have made more economic sense to send the 3 rather than none.
I also detected CHINESE in some of the message.
I have given the extra star due to them replying very quickly.
If I do not receive my refund as quickly, it will be removed.

Miss leading “Scam” describes the product but only send the cover, no response from support. Can't send the product back.

Don’t do it please. Just a scam I’m afraid.

Scamers and greedy people do my head in!

I purchased the mobile phone magnetic bracket holder and the magnet is so weak the phone drops to the floor. . The product is not fit for purpose.
Don't even consider buying one.

Only half the order sent. I complained and they asked me to send a photo of the missing stuff.

Got scammed by these jokers, bet they are laughing their c***s off. The advert says

Notice the "gps-free" comment... yup, I am the mug no doubt. I just wonder if I can STOP anyone who is considering buying from them, then great.. So there you go, folks, now down to you. Remember the company

I ordered from them and waited for weeks for my order to be delivered to the wrong address. I saw the photo of where the guy delivered it to and it was incorrect. I contacted the carrier and she was unhelpful then advised I should contact to store. Iv emailed Joyeloo with this concern a week ago and still haven’t heard from the customer service. I’m left with no order and a refund. Great job.

I ordered two of the mobile phone holders for £28.00 including shipping. They arrived and the magnet does not hold the phone so it slips off and onto the car floor.
They have offered $15 in compensation.
Other people have experienced the same issue.
Do not buy from them.

Sadly, having waited 3 weeks for my package to arrive in the UK from China, and it arrived without the key component - The tracking device!! Instead of two trackers and two rubber magnetic holders, like another reviewer stated, I received no tracking devices. Emailed company, but as yet no response. I’ll amend this review if they resolve the issue, but damned annoying!

Missing items but after a couple of emails items were resent

Item not as described as the main part “the tracker device” was not in the package, I only received the rubber holder.
Company dose not respond to any emails

Product not as described and not responding to provide me with a returns address for a refund. Do not buy from this company.

I have been waiting now 4 weeks for this product that has not even shipped yet. I have asked many times to get a refund as I do not want this product any more. they have the WORST customer service. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS SITE

Received magnetic phone holder today after purchasing it several weeks ago. Tracking said it was delivered April 28 but it wasn’t and support team didn’t answer email correctly as they just said to check tracking. Anyway it finally arrived today. Absolute rubbish. Doesn’t hold iphone SE at all. Total scam. Don’t waste your money.
