The finished product is awesome and they will work with you if you are not 100% satisfied with the results. The subscription costs are more than fair , especially if you craft a lot of songs the way I do. My only wish is that license rights for commercial use was built in as part of the subscription price, particularly since I craft or guide the majority of the lyrics on my own. The music and the artist are ALWAYS spot on with JoyBox. I recommend JoyBox for both the serious artist as well as the person planning something special for a family event.

This was a horrible experience. I hated it. In total, I spent over $100. The first song that I was given, I loved. I simply asked for a karaoke version so I could sing it myself (and one or two tweaks). After a night of back-and-forth emails, I ended up with multiple versions of the song (and sometimes totally different songs, with different lyrics, vibes, genres, and everything). I never did get the karaoke version of the original song that I LOVED. I never even shared it with my bestie because I never got what I wanted. Emails went back-and-forth from July 9 to August 24, with no real resolution. You got me once. You will never have the chance to get me again.

The timely responses, the understanding of what I wanted, the cordiality when I asked for some changes, and the availability of the song for review before completion was well appreciated. Working with Joybox was indeed a joy, and my husband was well pleased with the product.

The song was for my husband's 72nd Birthday and that song created a new spark in our marriage bought tears to our eyes. Thank you so very much.

They wrote my song exactly as I express myself about the man that I love and they put it in such a wonderful tune and when I played it for him, he was so taken back by the fact that I had had a song written for him. I can't say enough about Joy box

Well, it was great but. Instead of choosing a female for the song, I chose a male and then after they sent it to me I asked if they could leave the music the same but change the voice, but it was impossible for joybox to do this, so I found myself paying for another version of the song which was ok but the music was not as nice. I gave it to my husband who was very happy. I wish I did not have to pay for the 2nd version but I did. Thank you.

I wanted something special for my grandaughter, Abby’s 20th. Joybox wrote her the most beautiful song! We were all crying watching her listen to it. I will use again for my anniversary of 46 years in february. Thank you!

The first time the song was nice and the words were put together nice as well. I decided to try it with a different, more upbeat rhythm and it came out even better. I look forward to using this again.

I’m very ill and before I pass, I want my grown granddaughter to remember some of the things we did that were absolutely awesome. I would recommend Joybox in a heartbeat. I actually had already done a song with another company and paid a lot more money. The other company’s song was nice, but it didn’t capture the “love“ in it. This song is perfect!!

I loved the 3 songs I had made for Mark and he loved every unique song sent to him! I played them through a Bluetooth speaker and it was Magical!! He thought that was sooo cool, he wanted to download one song as a ringtone!

I loved the song it made but I wish it would let you change sibling to sister to make it not so general. But they do a wonderful job

Very disappointed. I ordered and paid for a song and when I got it I asked for a female vocalist. I never got my updated song.

The song was good. However it's totally not right to not be able to continue to listen to something purchased with my money just because I had to cancel subscription. I paid to have it printed etc. Its disappeared as if it never was created. And thats wrong. To take someone's gift away after money bought and paid for several songs actually. And at a drop of a hat because someone could not afford to keep paying a monthly subscription their song is deleted like it never was created. Thats just wrong! My Beautiful Wife passed away almost 18 years ago at a very young age. I have 3 Children that are all grown now. The youngest was 12 yrs old when she passed. I saw this site online and decided to try it out. I told them what I was looking for and the details of everything and the names of my 3 children. Joy Box put together a beautiful song, this song my Children will cherish forever. I am a grown man, and I cry every time I hear it. The staff at Joy box are so nice and so helpful. and the turnaround time and how quick this song was made is so Amazing!

Bad experience. They charged me twice for the same thing. I sent emails several times. They didn't reply. I didn't even get the song. Said unable to deliver. Find another company if you want a song.

Poor communication and resolving of an issue on their end.
