I ordered a baby change table and this product came with a damaged top. Have not heard back regarding a replacement :( $335 was spent on something that looks second hand

Playpen is absolutely awesome , it's bigger than I thought , I didn't actually measure properly and was so easy to assemble , very happy

I have ordered a single bed but when I opened it the bedside was damaged and the bed head had lot of marks. I have complained many times but no one is respinding. It’s very ridiculous.

No communication. No one answers phones or emails. Boxes missing and no idea if or when I’ll get them.

Amazing! Love the Joy baby chest of drawers. They arrived super fast and are the perfect addition to our baby nursery

The drawers have a beautiful finish But one of my drawers has a little extra piece stuck in the paint. If I picked it off it could make it worse. Disappointed with this one drawer

The legs broke all the threads and the backing boards are wrong size

The product seems to be OK BUT the couriers which was Couriers Please did not co-operate with delivery instructions. We requested a call prior to delivery, Joybaby put that request on their delivery docket. I also requested directly with the company a call, they ignored it and just left this item even though it was a "not leave at door" Lucky the items were still there when my grandson in law came home. Maybe you could take this up with them or change couriers?

I tried several times to get an update on my order via email and was completely ignored. No one ever responded to my emailsl. Then I could see in the tracking that the package sat at the courier's warehouse for three days before they bothered to deliver.

We ordered an item on 27th DECEMBER and have yet to hear anything further from you re. Delivery. We did email and call to get confirmation on this but so far have had no response. One would be appreciated ASAP please. No notification that the business is closed over this period.

Never notified my item was ready for pick up but had received a email to do survey. Rang to see the status of my order, no return phone call. Went to factory and asked about my order. Lady confirmed it was pick up and it was brought out to me. My rating because I had to chase up.

Bought for a present. No indication it was out of stock. Still haven’t received it and now I hear it is another week Away. Disappointing as it was stated shipping within 24 hours.
Please just let your customers know if it is out of stock.

I loved the dressing table, it is as beautiful as it is in pic,

never came. Dispatch was meant to be in 48 hrs.
10 days later they cancelled the order offering an inferior make as a solution.
Pretty poor business!

Super quick delivery and highly competitive price.

Never got my order had to follow up multiple times where it was. Then I ended having to email all4kids also which they took me around in circles. Then they finally tell me its out of stock. I still haven't been refunded either. Not happy.
