Schuhe nach 3 Jahren vollständig aufgelöst. Der Spezialschaum hat sich komplett von der Sohle abgelöst. Für 300 Euro ist das nur als Schrott zu bewerten.

Dont waste your money
I wish I read these reviews before I wasted a lot of money on a pair of Joya shoes. Like the others my soles totally disintegrated. I got no satisfaction from customer service and was told that water got in contact with the soles and that is what caused the disintegration. Surely shoe soles should be able to withstand water ???? It was no excuse, the soles are obviously made of substandard material. I have never experienced such poor quality even from the most basic cheap brands or from other expensive brands. I understand and expect normal wear and tear but this was extraordinary. The arrogance of the customer service team was infuriating as they denied any responsibility. I would not waste money on this rubbish.
Comfortable at first
Comfortable at first, but the soles crumble within months, and they were the most expensive shoes I have ever bought. And no help from Joya customer services when I sent in photos of the side walls of the shoes sole sides crumbling away...
My Joya shoes fell apart
My Joya shoes fell apart. The foam soles disintegrated and completely broke open leaving pieces behind wherever I walked. It was a very expensive shoe and I never expected to get so little use out of them. I recommend a different shoe with cork soles called Noat. At least with these shoes you can replace the cork soles if they wear out.

My wife purchased three pairs of joya shoes and the soles and heels fell of after only a short time I spoke to someone who imports joya shoes and he said it wasn’t he’s responsibility got in touch with shop where purchased only to be told they take no responsibility either
So please don’t waste your money on them
They are utter rubbish when they part it looks like the stuff you expand into a hole in the wall to fill it
Joya Cancun shoes come apart again.
This is my 3rd pair of Joya Cancun shoes and each pair has needed serious gluing where the sole has come away from the shoe. But my last pair came apart after only half a dozen wears. I returned them to the shop where I purchase them and Joya have instructed the shop to glue them. I wanted a refund or at least a replacement. I will never buy another pair however comfy they are. Appalling service, very poor workmanship.
Dreadful company
Dreadful company , no after care service . Bought mens sandals from Shoemed in UK , strap buckle broke after 7 months use . Returned to Shoemed for repair but told Joya do not supply parts or repair so they had to find a buckle to fit but not happy to have them as not been made for Joya or tried on Joya . Have emailed Joya as told on Facebook but been ignored. Husband now without sandals for our holiday. Want either full refund or new sandals
I paid £150 for a pair of trainers…
I paid £150 for a pair of trainers which were advertised as really effective for plantar fasciitis (policeman’s heel) , they are probably the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I have ever bought. I contacted JOYA and their repl was perfunctory and not at all helpful, they refused a refund under any circumstances
