Jovey stays - Serviced Apartments Omdömen

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay. There was a strong foul smell in the apartment, particularly in the bathroom, which made the stay uncomfortable.

The bed in the first bedroom was also very uncomfortable. There appeared to be some wooden support underneath the mattress that kept coming loose and dropping, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Overall, I was disappointed with the condition of the accommodation and feel these issues should be addressed for future guests.

After losing our home in a fire my family and I stayed here during an incredibly difficult time and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped, providing a real sense of stability and a home away from home. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood with shops, train links, and the tram station nearby, it was both relaxing and convenient. We are truly grateful for our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation for both short and long stays.

Had a stay at Dagnall park while my house was being renovated for 7 weeks. It is an amazing property, well equipped kitchen and lovely garden. This property is very homely with everything you need access to. Train station around the corner, local corner shops, Aldi and Sainsbury's all very local. Lovely neighbourhood. Excellent communication with Jovey stays! Highly recommend!

Excelent location and very beautyfull thank You

Nice house we stayed in goid communication from agents

The health and safety was a concern as it sent to the owners and a inspection was taken out but nothing was done. Otherwise it was ok staying there from April to July 11th

The house we stayed in was relatively comfortable, well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped.

Communication with Jovey Stays was very easy and they made it really simple when we needed to extend our stay.

The only small issue was the shower screen in the bathroom, which didn't fit correctly and allowed a lot of water onto the floor.

Booked in one of our teams for 7 days, they were so happy we extended to over 4 weeks now! The property is clean & functional, one of the best places our team has stayed. John goes above & beyond, highly responsive & even moved other bookings to accommodate our extension so our team didn’t need to mess about relocating. Highly recommended!

It will benefit more with additional toilet/ shower

I had a great stay at one of the Jovey properties. The place was quiet, clean, well appointed and everything was in good working order. The Jovey team were always on hand if I had any enquiries or needed any help, and always picked up the phone or responded to me asap. I made a few requests during my stay and they were immediately resolved. I fully recommend Jovey and their properties.
