Excellent Customer Service / Adequate Offering
Greg provided excellent service: professional, polite and responsive. Applicants should measure their expectations vis-a-vis interest rates and amount of credit offered. Unless you have exemplary credit, in which case you would probably already have a line of credit with a bank, expect to have to build a relationship with OnDeck in order to qualify for good rates.
