I wish I read the reviews before I ordered the Leeds shirt for my boyfriend birthday . Ordered on 17.1.26 haven't received it yet. Emailed them 3 times no reply back yet. Very disappointing this company is still trading and taking people money not receiving the goods. Avoid. Keep to the proper sides.

Please DO NOT use this site, it's a scam I ordered X2 football tops 4 weeks ago, and they took the £48 in seconds, still no tops. There is no tracking details issued, I have emailed them 4 times, and you don't get any reply. Utterly shocking. I would not want this to happen to others. They need to be stopped

Ordered 2 tottenham shirts. Wish id read the reviews first. Never received the shirts and no response to my emails asking for information about the products. Never received them and didn't get my money back either. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

I ordered 2x Liverpool shirts although communication was none existent my shirts finally arrived and I'm very happy with them

I ordered a leeds united football shirt on 3/01/2026 they took my money quickly.

They kept saying " dont worry your shirt is coming " a lie.

The tracking number they gave was very poor never updated at all.

Im still waiting for it .

Theives!! Over hundred pounds paid online for 2 football shirts , We got nothing at all ,Its a Big Scam ,lost my money. Never Again. I should have checked to see if it was a legitimate company, Its obviously not.

This company is a scam, Wish I had read the reviews before placing an order, Ordered a football shirt, money was taken from my account, tried emailing them on the email address attached to the confirmation email I received, didn't get any response, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Since writing my original review, (See below...), my granddaughter actually received the replica kit. (4th February 2026). The shirt and shorts were as ordered with personalised name and number accurately reproduced, good fit and decent quality, BUT the socks were missing.
To be fair, this length of time between ordering and delivery (25 days) actually fulfills their stated possible maximum time for personalised goods to arrive.
However, due to the incomplete order, and complete and utter lack of response to my many email queries, and a total lack of updated info on their hard-to-find tracking page, I'm lifting their rating to a still-miserable 2 stars but stand by my original warning, shopping with this company is a VERY frustrating experience, one I certainly won't repeat.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Following a Google advert, I ordered a replica football kit for my granddaughter.
The money was taken from my account and I received two emails acknowledging the order.
That's it, no kit, no news no response.
I've been done.

Terrible service – no delivery, no replies
I ordered a product from Jooto and never received it.
After waiting far longer than promised, I contacted them twice and got no response at all.
No tracking update, no explanation, nothing.
It feels completely unprofessional and unreliable.
The only reason I got my money back is because I paid through PayPal and opened a dispute. Otherwise, I would have lost my money.
I strongly advise people not to order from this company.
If something goes wrong, you will be ignored

Tried to contact them and they never responded to any of my emails.
It was shocking service I would avoid if possible, don't be sucked in by the cheap merch.
