After interacting with josi in writing to get a quote for ADHD assessment, a prompt popped up, asking me for a review. I gave them one star and now I don’t see anywhere where I can find any reviews from anybody except the three i found here. I sent them written request for what I needed. I had to call them back a day and a half later and they said oh here it is, your insurance will cover it for $175. I thought great an ADHD assessment for $175. That was not accurate. My insurance will not cover it, It was going towards my deductible; the $175 was not for ADHD assessment, it was for one therapy appointment. The woman tried to get me to book over the phone. I said no I need to see a list of your psychologist so I can read their bios and decide which one I think would fit better with me. They do not have a website with psychologist. The women sent me a text with three people that she said my insurance accepts. When I clicked on their profile, it brought me to a larger website with their bios, not affiliated with them. This is an online booking agency. In my opinion, this is not a neurodivergent support focused company. It’s very insulting with what the neurodivergent community is going through and having to deal with companies like this that have no clue of what we’re going through. I’d call it a scam.

my experience for the most part went great but trying to get my results was a different story. the written report was different compared to what the doctor told me and when I asked they couldn't give me the doctor's email only to reach out to him. the doctor said it was a "typo" and that he will fix it. it has been multiple days, and it has not been fixed. i started this process almost a week ago. i've already set up appointments to get treated like my doctor told me but thanks to the report being incorrect idk what to do.

I can’t say enough good things about Josi Health. From the very beginning, I was able to communicate with a company concierge over text. A real person, not AI! It was very accessible to me that I could text them any time with questions and not having to call or wait on hold. They are so supportive and helpful. The whole process was streamlined very efficiently.
The best part of my experience was working with Dr. Ward Davis. He was exceptionally kind, validating, genuine, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. Getting evaluated for autism was very vulnerable for me, and he was so understanding and supportive and tactful the whole time. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a doctor. If I have any friends or family members who decide to be assessed for autism/ADHD, I will definitely recommend Josi Health

Everyone was super helpful, was already on a waitlist for a month when I reached out. I was able to go through everything in something like a month, all from home.
