Ordered a necklace silver 925 on Jon Richard website along with other jewellery. The necklace did not arrive with the order. I immediately emailed customer service who arranged a replacement delivery. My necklace arrived and I love it. Thank you
This has now been resolved. I recommend dm’ing the team directly on instagram as I got quicker response and was sorted swiftly.

Item eventually arrived in a battered thin cardboard box. And the item inside in a jiffy bag.
Im sure the missis would love to open a wrapped jiffy bag.
Will take great pleasure in never buying jewellery from you again .

I have received my order today and 1 of the jewellery sets are missing as well as none of the others even gift boxed as stated on the invoice. These are Christmas presents and I now find myself with only tomorrow to go out and find a replacement for the missing set and gift boxes to present the other sets in. First time ordering from the company and will never order again. No contact number only email and they are only available Monday- Friday 9-4pm!

Ordered directly from their website and was sent an incorrect (cheaper) item and would not respond to any emails. The phone line is always busy and then disconnects. They're either completely incompetent at running a business or scam artists. I have reported them to BBC Watchdog and would recommend the same to anyone else who's experienced similar difficulties. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
I will also be writing to Next and telling them about what type of company they are trading with.

Order items on the 28th November.
Goods not received. Sent several emails on the 10th December chasing up order no response until the 16th December. I replied to their email and I am still waiting for answers. Appalling service ever.

Very disappointed with the earrings I ordered. £5.95 for delivery? They were barely big enough to fit a small child let alone an adult. Although I was disappointed with the earrings I have to say Jon Richards customer service is brilliant they contacted me apologised and offered me a free return and refund.

Bought a bangle through Argos from Jon Richards Jewellery which when it arrived was too tight for me. Contacted Argos for a return and was told that Jon Richards was a third party supplier and that they would contact me directly to make a return case and you guessed it no contact from them at all and I have been back and fro with Argos trying to sort this and even been back to Argos store to be told sorry can't help. Had I read reviews of Jon Richards Jewellery I would not had purchased it through Argos Direct and as Argos advertised and sell from this company I think Argos should be far more helpful in putting any problems right instead of passing the buck. Not the Argos I used to know.

Ordered some pearl earrings for my daughters wedding twice on separate occasions of Jon Richard website, both times when checking the tracking number on Royal Mail it said it had been delivered, but it wasn’t, tried to get in touch with them via email, they just ignored them, googled Jon Richard’s it came up with a phone number, phoned it, it wasn’t even their phone number

My order went through as a double payment, the Jon Richard team helped me resolve this issue and within the week had refunded me. I was initially a little worried as there is no telephone number to speak to customer services in person, however, the team always responded quickly via email which is fantastic and I really appreciated this as I was super stressed :)

Ordered from Debenhams Earring broke when removed from card.Sent back and requested a replacement to be sent ,within days replacement was received and I’m so happy .
Please don’t be put off by ordering from them are are actually really good and I’m very impressed with the service.
So happy to have another pair,and what a lovely surprise that you had more to replace the faulty one.

I’ve previously had issues when ordering Jon Richard items via Debenhams and on that occasion Jon Richard sorted it. However I’ve had another issue with items ordered for my daughter’s wedding which is in three days and the drama has been ridiculous. I order a lot from this company and will never order again. What I have ordered that came will be returned as I’m a loyal customer but this was a joke. I can shop with businesses that care about their customers instead. The amount of time wasted with mixed messages and nonsense is ridiculous. Clearly they are happy to loose my business.
