Just returned from a wonderful long weekend on the Isle of Wight
Stayed at Chanel View hotel for the 1st time
Fabulous hotel, lovely bedroom with stunning sea views
Staff lovely and food really good, would recommend this hotel.
Wonderful driver James was his usual amazing self, a true asset to the company

I didn't ever intend on writing a 1* review about Jones International but feel compelled too after the response I have had from them.

I have recently come back from the Harry Studio tour + London trip. The trip itself was great, driver was fab, bus clean, hotel lovely.

At the end of the trip the bus driver stated as Jones The Bus are a family run expanding business they welcome constructive feedback. I e-mailed them with positive and some constructive feedback.

This is the 2nd trip I have done with Jones the 1st trip had 11 pick ups this 2nd one had only 4. Alot of the pickups on the 1st trip were very close together and a few of them only had 2 passengers getting on. This made for a very long journey and felt unnecessary, it does take away from the trip a little. After experiencing a trip with fewer stops it really emphasised the difference. 3 stops in the Swansea are is not necessary.

Jones International are Carmarthenshire based but they also get alot of guests travelling up from Pembrokeshire just to use Jones. Including me. I passed my thoughts over to Jones International regarding this and also provided alot of praise. Despite my feedback I was still purely team yellow with every intention of being a regular customer.

Jones International responded to my feedback and I was astounded by the response. They stated they are a Carmarthenshire based company and their focus is their customer base in Carmarthenshire & M4 Corridor. In response to me stating I was looking forward to booking a trip with them next year, they reminded me to be aware they cannot guarantee the number of stops and suggested that I use a Pembrokeshire based company instead.

It was a long winded not so subtle way of saying we don't care if you don't live in Carmarthenshire and unless you are going to write a glowing 5* review they won't like you either. For a seemingly friendly, family run business I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and rudeness. They do not take feedback in any form.

Well I can firmly say I am no longer team yellow and will take up their suggestion of using a Pembrokeshire based coach company.

Just to note most other Coach operators either offer a feeder bus, or charge a supplement for certain pick up points that are off their main pick up route. The stops which only a couple of people get on at. This is common practice and Jones are missing the point with my feedback.

Their response was so rude I feel obliged to expose their behaviour publically and I will be recommending family and friends also use a Pembrokeshire based company instead. After all it is what they want.

On our last night in the Loire valley on James and Korries continental mystery tour. Its no mystery why these tours are so popular and enjoyable, they are passionate and consummate professionals. My only disappointment is that I can't award more stars. Thank you boys for a great trip.

Another fabulous theatre break to see Moulin Rouge. Superb seats and fantastic show. Our driver Callam was full of knowledge and gave us points of interest and history as we drove through London. Stayed in the Holiday Inn Heathrow, one of the best hotels we've stayed. 10/10 for the whole trip, until the next time 🙂⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful time. James was such a good driver and so helpful. Evening food in hotel wasn’t the the best.

Another well organised and enjoyable coach trip, the driver’s are always there to help especially as my wife has mobility problems. Gemma in the office goes above and beyond by organising (if possible) hotel rooms that are disabled friendly and also front near side seating on the coach. I couldn’t stress enough how much we appreciate all they do for us and other travellers, we will continue to travel with the company as there is as the drivers say less fuss with Jones the Bus which is true. I would like to say a big thank you to all Jones International drivers.

Great coach, brilliant driver, kept us amused and informed. From booking to the return everything was handled with professionalism. It was first trip with Jones, and talking to the other travellers I can see why for many of them it was one of many trips.

Enjoyed every minute, well organised and Mark was a good host. Diolch yn fawr.

All our trips have been fabulous & we have enjoyed every one. All the drivers are amazing & go above & beyond to make sure all passengers are looked after & kept well informed throughout the journey. We will not travel with anyone else.

Just returned from the First World War battlefield tour it was amazing so many places visited and so emotional. Our driver James was brilliant so helpful and informative of tour. Always have a brilliant time with Jones the Bus

Very good value for money given theatre tickets were front stalls. Very organised and efficient.

We went to see Sister Act on a midweek trip.
The theatre seats were amazing - second row from the front, in the middle!
The Holiday Inn at Heathrow was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was great.
Windsor was beautiful and has plenty to do.
Our coach driver, Mark, was very informative throughout the trip.
We enjoyed ourselves so much, that at 2am, we booked to see Moulin Rouge in Jan 2025!
Would recommend to everyone.

From the time we got on the bus the driver was fab fab show and seats and hotel breakfast was amazing

My brother and I booked an overnight trip to Emerdale, he loves the show, so I knew it would make a perfect birthday gift.
The coach was punctual, clean and comfortable.
The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The evening meal and breakfast were delicious. Overall, our overnight experience was excellent.
The second day was planned perfectly and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Emmerdale.
The icing on the cake and the biggest asset was definitely the driver. Mark took good care of us and ensured we were all OK every leg of the journey. He was friendly, polite approachable helpful from the start of our journey to the time he dropped us off.
I would definitely recommend Jones the Bus and have already booked our next trip.

I think the prices and quality of what we got was excellent. We took a chance on a trip last year, we have been numerous times since. A local company that looks after local people. From the local pick up, the quality of the bus, the drivers and the ease of the trip its all a BIG FIVE STARS from us.We have booked the next one allready. The staff and drivers deserve this review - well done - you ALL. (Mark was our driver well done you in the lanes, amazzzing driving). You ALL should be proud of what you have achieved and the quality of what your giving.
