The head seized up and could not be opened. Jolie did not cancel my filter subscription. Then they wanted a picture. Then they wanted me to soak the head in vinegar and water, buy rubber gloves and twist really hard. Seriously, for $150? There is an obvious design defect since they responded within 10 minutes of my latest email. It's all over Trustpilot too. It's a bunch of marketing and social media hooey. There are many $25 heads with cheaper filters that do the job (we have on in our vacay home in the desert with hard water) on Amazon and where you dont have t pay $40 every three months for a filter. Don't be conned
Customer service sucks
Customer service sucks, and I don’t even notice a difference after installing the shower head! I have a subscription for replacement filters and the past few times my order is randomly canceled after being placed. I reach out to customer service and they don’t respond nor replace my filter after charging me!!! So frustrating and definitely not worth it!
after i used for 1 week
after i used for 1 week, water flow is so slow, it took me 30mins to wash. this company doesn’t have a phone number so i have to use email for refund and it looks 1 week them to respond to me. and it has been 14days after i mailed and they received, and still no response.

Sent photo of the issue and explanatory Email to Jolie’s “Customer Service” address. No phone number is provided on the website. No Response from Jolie. Resent the Email, and once again No Response. Tried once again to receive a reply to my photo and complaint about the product’s failure. No Response. From my experience, Jolie’s “Customer Service” is simply and absolutely non-existent. Now reviewing competing products and will purchase another brand. Buyer Beware - Jolie is a Rip-Off!

received and installed shower head. Pressure was very minimal and the product arrived with slight blemish. next day reached out to return item. Company has no cost. service. phone number. Four emails have gone unanswered. 5th email said to remove flow restrictor which we already did and they made no mention of the blemish. Wrote back that we want to return. That was a week ago, no reply. absolute worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. The return process took over 10 days and still no resolution. I am not able to mail back the item since the return is still pending approval. I do not recommend using this company. Go with another filter.
I was very excited to try Jolie until…
I was very excited to try Jolie until they screwed me over. I placed an order for two shower heads with the monthly auto ship for the replacement filters. This was all submitted on the same payment card. They kept cancelling the shower heads but kept sending me the replacement filters. Several attempts to send back the filters (because they were of no use without shower heads) went unanswered. Finally after 10 days i received a rejection email that stated they would not let me return the filters which were $70. The product may be great but please beware because they WILL take your hard earned money. Very disappointed in this company.
Total waste of money
Bad design. Uses two threads going the same direction. Water filter is stuck together on the third filter replacement. Have only had it for 9 months and it now goes in the garbage. Customer service sucks as well. Total waste of money.

the product is defective, can't find a phone number only an email link. pressure is already an issue with a filter though when it leaks its even worse
They’re a SCAM
Be very careful—they’re a scam. They make it seem like you’re only paying $0 upfront and then $33 every three months for a subscription. But instead, they charge you $160 immediately. Even if you return the item, they still keep the charge. Totally misleading and shady.
POS show head & horrible customer service
Unfortunately, my wife bought shower head without research, the Product was crap was not working after a week, Junk, and after one phone call that was a just a blow off call, it was not worth the hasle to pay to have shipped back so we went to home depot, bought something else and move on. We like the new Home Depot Fault. No issues and no attitude.
Ok ridiculous
Ok ridiculous. You can’t turn the shower head to get the filter in. It gets stuck. When you contact the company they know it’s a glitch so they feed you a bunch of bullshit ways to try and get it off. Rubber gloves, soak in vinegar or hot water, ha give that a try and see how it goes or unscrew the whole thing and see if you can get it to turn. The response I got from Alfeb (Jolie rep) was so bad the hair company I bought it from apologized. The last 3 months hasn’t solved my scalp issues so $350 down the tube. Don’t bother.
There are better options on the market
There are better options on the market, for sure. I bought a Jolie last year. It worked until it didn’t. It lasted about 3 months and then it broke. When I let the company know about it, they had a very elaborate process set up to prevent them from having to fix the problem of having sold to me a defective shower head. It’s a scam. There are better options on the market that are worth the money rather than spending it on a Jolie.

I ordered the Jolie Showerhead 6 days ago and paid for UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping. 6 days later I've heard nothing from them, no shipping info, no updates, nothing. I should have had this shower head days ago. Waiting for someone from customer service to let me know what's going on and to refund me for the expedited shipping that I paid for.
Cancellation is difficult
Cancellation is difficult. Do not auto-renew filter head replacements. They mention you can manage your subscriptions on your account page, but there is no option for that.
Less vibes, more business competency, please
I have no idea whether the showerhead improves your water because they don't seem to know or care how to process an order.

This company has has the worst customer service I was given the run around and then when I dare questioned a representative he completely ignored me and ended our conversation.
There is no transparency with this company. Everyone is paying the expensive price tag and don’t know what they’re paying for.
Jolie refuses to prove their product works, they refuse to prove they did indeed test their product through a lab and it claims to do what they state.
I refuse to support a company that isn’t transparent, treats customers as if they their concerns aren’t significant, and lies all while charging a premium.
Fixed my initial issue and did give good customer service

The defective item has been replaced. It seems as though I may have been victim to a not so good customer service rep. I went from 1 start 4. Having a phone number or a more efficient way to get help / support would be nice. Otherwise a 5 for sure. Once I went to IG after my experience it seems a real life person stepped in - everything turned around.

I purchased the shower head and have had issues with replacing the filter since the start. Once a pro initially installed to ensure it was done correctly. Second time a male friend had to install and he struggled. Now my 3rd one - I cannot do it alone. The head is not opening as described.
I was told to 1. Try rubber gloves 2. Try the buddy system REALLY! So I live alone - I tried gloves and even a step ladder. I have injured my shoulder so now I can injure myself trying to change an "easy" filter.
I found they knew this was an issue (I have the email to prove it) but chose to do nothing. I have contacted other customers and they have had the same crappy customer service.
I also left feedback for their product - it was 1 star. It never shows on their site. They filter only 5 and 4 stars.
Do not trust the feedback on the site.
I even reached out to them on Instagram.
NowI have to contact my credit card company. It's a shame because if the product worked it would be great.
My request was not a refund but a replacement for one that functions.
