The original questionnaire only took a few minutes to qualify and then once qualified the virtual doctor's visit was simple. Customer Service was quick and responsive. I absolutely love QueenRX! My sister is the one who introduced me to them. No app, no order updates, slow email response. Felt sketchy so I decided not to continue and requested a refund. Just sharing my experience.

I’ve been on QueenRx for 8 weeks and haven’t lost a pound!! In emailing customer service they continue to say keep taking the shot but not to a few pounds off in 8 weeks is ridiculous. I will finish the last 4 weeks since I paid but I’m not happy with the results.
