A great experience very highly rated!
A great experience and wonderful service. Jake was very helpful, highly professional and friendly, and went over and above to service the hot tub and make it look great too, jet-washing the whole unit and checking every element of it as well as explaining in great detail about the chemicals and optimal programmes on my unit. Highly recommended and will use the service again!

We have a leak on our hot tub
We have a leak on our hot tub. Jake came today 09/08/24 and after awhile he found where the leak was coming from. It was hard to find but he found it. Unfortunately he couldn't fix it on the day as the tub needs to be emptied but has took video/photo evidence of the faulty pipe. They will come back another day to fix the problem. He is a lovely friendly guy and very professional.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Johnson's made the purchase and installation of our new Wellis spa a very easy and stress free experience. The sales team at Thurrock were knowledgeable, friendly and ensured all our requirements were met. The site survey was arranged very quickly and they expedited delivery to suit our timeframe. The installation team were brilliant - efficient, friendly and happy to explain the workings of the spa, chemicals regime etc. They were very respectful of our property and made an extremely good impression. Fantastic Service
Today, we had a Technician come to our property to install the Fitted Cover on our New Hot Tub plus give us advice on set up and use of the wide range of Chemicals needed. Nathan the Technician was absolutely brilliant providing not just excellent advice but fantastic customer service. He is definitely an asset to the Company.

The installation team.
The installation team Joe & Jack were extremely helpful and friendly. They were here most of the day as they were waiting for the electrians to turn up. After everything was done they went through all the instructions with us so we know what to do in the future. I would highly recommend this company. It's been a pleasure from start to finish.
