I just wanna say a massive thank you to Johnson jewellers I have been going there for years. I never leave a review. And I have brought a big range of jewellery from going there for so many years and always treated like a VIP even if I’m just going in for a browse and the staff across the board are also easy to talk to but I want to say a massive thank you to Mark Who got me the watch of my dreams which did happen to come for my birthday and highly recommend to everyone that is looking from jewellery and high-end watches I don’t think you could be disappointed with any jewelry in there unreal listen to you to what you want and work around you and your price thank you so much, Mark 🍾

I have used Johnsons Jewelers for everything since my first purchase in 2017. I have recently purchased my engagement ring for my fiancé and they are incredible yet again. Libby helped design the ring and source the perfect diamond, she kept me updated throughout and I wouldn't/couldn't use another jewelers again. I have purchased all of my sentimental items from Johnsons and I will continue to do so. I couldn't recommend this business any more.

I recently purchased a new watch from Johnson’s Jewellers as a wedding anniversary gift for my wife, and I cannot praise Tony and Kelly highly enough for the outstanding service we received throughout the whole process. From the very beginning, Tony’s advice and knowledge during the ordering stage was second to none – he really took the time to guide me through the options with genuine expertise and enthusiasm, making what could have been a daunting decision an absolute pleasure.

When the time came to collect the watch, Kelly delivered an experience that was truly exceptional. She made the whole moment feel special and memorable, with a personal touch that you simply don’t find elsewhere. What really stood out to me is how comfortable Johnson’s make you feel – unlike many other high street jewellers, there is no sense of being judged based on what you can or cannot afford. Instead, they treat you with warmth and respect, making you feel completely at home.

The entire experience has left such a positive impression that I can confidently say Johnson’s will now be our only jeweller of choice. We’re already recommending them to family and friends, and I genuinely look forward to returning for future purchases. My husband had bought me a lovely necklace and earrings, for our 50th wedding anniversary. However I do not have pierced ears, so needed them altered to clip on. We had tried company that we had bought them from, but they said they could and wanted an extortionate amount to do the alteration. They then changed their minds and said it was impossible. We tried some other jewellers in Inverness, but all to no avail. A friend recommended Johnson's Jewellery and we could not have been more delighted with the work, the time scale and the price. Highly recommend them for any jewellery alterations etc. Plus as a bonus, they actually spell the word "jewellery" correctly!!

From start to finish Johnsons Jewellers were helpful, polite, knowledgeable and thoroughly proffesional.

Superb service -I recently purchased a Tudor watch for my wife's birthday from Johnson's, and the entire experience was an absolute pleasure. Every member of their staff was brilliant, making the process seamless and enjoyable. I will undoubtedly be recommending Johnson's to all my friends and family.

Without a doubt, Johnsons Jewellers is my go to place for any watch purchase. The service is second to none, as they always go out your way to make you feel welcome and at ease. I collected my new watch yesterday and although Mark (my usual contact) was not in the store that day, the wider team did a fantastic job of hosting me! When Mark is in though, it’s like dealing with someone you’ve known for years - I suppose that’s the main benefit of working with family owned businesses.

Myself and my partner went to Johnson’s to pick out an engagement and wedding ring recently. From the moment we set foot in the door we were warmly greeted by all staff. We were looked after by Will and Charlotte who picked out some rings for my partner to try on. They offered invaluable advice and knowledge on the styles, jewels and metals used in the rings. This helped my partner make an informed decision and chose two of the rings that were picked out for her. These were sized for her and sent off to be made as part of Johnson’s bespoke service. Thank you to Johnson’s and especially to Charlotte and Will for making this a great experience.

Searched the internet for a jewellers to repair wife's wedding ring that been cut off due to an operation.

Found Johnsons although 120 miles away looked a very professional service with their own workshop and a long standing 125 years family operation.

On contacting them the very helpful phone call I had with them demonstrated what a professional company they are, as a result we decided to have a day out and visit them.

The facility in Nuneaton is stunning, on being welcomed by Lee the very warm and personal service he gave us was worth every minute of our two hour journey.
With access to their own workshop on site, Lee was able to advise us of all the possible options and costs immediately for the repair of the Wedding ring and possible resizing of the Engagement ring.
My wife had also taken a small amount of gold jewellery that she no longer required and this was valued and a very good price was offered for the gold.
We will be returning to collect the repair when completed,
I would recommend to anyone without hesitation if you want to visit a first class Jeweller, Johnsons Nuneaton should be on your list.
