The young lady I spoke to on the telephone (Freya) regarding number plate registration was absolutely brilliant. She talked me through the login procedure which was not an easy task as I am not computer literate. Her customer care skills were second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks Gill
My first experience buying property at auction, so I was wary and apprehensive. Exemplary service from the staff I had dealings with. Helen Bingley, Maisie Patsides and Chris Roper were all very friendly, very helpful and very professional. Communications with all three were excellent. Would look forward to dealing with them again if I bought at auction through John Pye. Would highly recommend.
I'm deeply disappointed in this agency because no one called me back even though they said 'someone will be calling you back in 5 minutes.' Twice they said this!
I called in the morning so they had more than enough time to check an availability on a house. Over 7hrs and still no one called despite the fact i called twice.
Very bad.
The people of John Pye is very professional, give me full confidence on their services. I will definitely recommend them to anyone need the service. Their attitude are responsive and responsible.
The team were always willing to call back and follow-up which is most important.
I was very wary of this whole auction procedure but Bradley guided me every step of the way, a rock. He did what he said he would when he said he would, a rare thing. I would highly recommend this company their fees are very fair and the set up is actually very easy. thank you all.
I have never sold a house by auction before and if it wasnt for Hayley and the team at John Pye I probably wouldn't have done. Everything is so easy and the help and support I received was excellent even when I had problems nothing was too much trouble for them and they pretty much sorted them for me. Top company with a top team if you want to sell by auction these guys are spot on.
Very professional, flexible and helpful people to deal with.
A good service offered by a traditional auctioneer. Having property auctions each month helped me to sell property quickly.
I had a bad experience using a property auctioneer that did the 'modern method' of auctioneering. the traditional way is much better for sellers.
Excellent Service Throughout
the sale of our Industrial unit.
Would definitely recommend the Company
I found dealing with staff in John Pye Auctioneers extremely helpful professional and this was especially beneficial as I live in Ireland and was trying to sell a property in the UK....I could not fault them..the property took a while to sell but with perservence from staff we got the sale through..I found Leah and Hayley were a pleasure to deal with..i would recommend and rate this auctioneering company very highly.
We bought a property via John Pye Property and this was made enjoyable and seemless by the excellent communication and professionalism from Bradley Hever throughout the entire process.
Good communication all through the process. Got more than the reserve price. would definitely use again.
As an Insolvency Practitioner I use John Pye to deal with various different types of assets, including property. The Property Team at John Pye are particularly good, and provide the complete service when you are dealing with Property, particularly when acting as a LPA Receiver.
REALLY EFFICIENT TEAM , AS I WAS A NEWBY TO THIS AUCTION PROCESS I QUICKLY REALISED HOW SMOOTH THEY MAKE THE PROCESS .
We’d been trying to sell our home and business for three years through three different agents but felt that once they’d got our business were not pushing it.
We’ve just sold through John Pye Property Auctions and have been impressed by their efficiency, enthusiasm and thoroughness.
They’ve kept in regular touch and, having sold the property, they then oversaw the equipment auction, which went without a hitch.
We’d like to thank Hayley, Anna, Charlotte, Max and Julian for making us feel that we mattered.
Highly recommended.
