Fantastic personalised charm
I ordered a charm for my sister in law that had my late mother in law's handwriting on it and it was absolutely perfect 👌 The delivery was super quick and the price was really reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Not such a good experience this time
I have always used John Greed over the years, their own jewellery is really lovely - of good quality and price - but I also order Thomas Sabo pieces and used to order Pandora (when John Greed used to be a stockist), ordering is simple and returns are easy. However recently John Greed has opted to use Amazon shipping for dispatching goods, I am afraid this is unreliable (in my area at least), I much preferred Royal Mail and since my last two experiences with ordering from John Greed I would definitely say that I would actually rather spend extra on postage if it meant I could receive goods via Royal Mail, than have to encounter Amazon Shipping. I don’t think they are good at representing a good brand that is flawless until it comes to receiving goods on time.

Svar från John Greed Jewellery
We truly appreciate your long-standing loyalty and your kind words about the quality and pricing of our own jewellery, as well as the ease of our ordering and returns process. We understand your concerns regarding the recent change to Amazon Shipping for dispatching goods, especially given your past positive experiences with Royal Mail. I can assure you that when handing our orders over to our courier services we are under the assurance that they will be delivered to the best of their ability, however we unfortunately cannot influence any internal delays they experience. We're very sorry to hear about the problems with the latest delivery and offer our full apologies.
