Very disappointed
Unfortunately I ordered 4 pendants engraved from you and the link to attach it to a chain or pendant is way to small for any chain I have ever seen now I can use these and have to purchase them from someone who understands these things what a waste of money and very disappointing wish I’d gone somewhere else but thought you were well known and would know

Svar från John Greed Jewellery
We are truly sorry to hear that the pendant links were not compatible with your chains. We understand your frustration and disappointment when an item doesn't meet expectations, especially for something as personal as engraved pendants. I can see that you have reached out to customer service. Please continue to liaise with them as they are more than happy to help
