I'd recommend. The website was very informative about the products, and they arrived well packaged. (I haven't measured the fabric but am sure that's fine.) A bonus was being able to order sewing thread at the same time -- a small thing, but helpful.

The personal service -!had a phone call to check that I had ordered the right things before they dispatched them . eg sticky loop tape and they were correct, I needed the sew on
The items arrived promptly well packed and very good quality . The buckram and wadding is just right for my pelmet
