The web site was very clear to follow
The web site was very clear to understand with the detailed description of goods. I ordered over the bank holiday weekend so didn’t expect immediate progress with the order. Once the bank holiday was over my order was completed asap. I would use this company again as they have an excellent selection of curtain accessories. The hand written thank you gave a personal touch.

Great service and quick. I made a mistake in my order and contacted JDs and they were very helpful, adding my second order to the first, and because I had paid for postage on the 2nd order they worked it out and put some thread in my order to make up the difference. Service unheard of in our current climate. Thanks a million. Oh and the product was just the job! Thanks to all at JDs.
