I have really enjoyed working with Joey…

I have really enjoyed working with Joey med. They have been so helpful to me. They always try to get me my prescription right away. They always ask if I have any questions. It's just been all around great experience. And I have worked with other companies, and they do not compare to
JOEY meds at all.

This is the worst company I have ever…

This is the worst company I have ever gone through. I had to keep calling them to get my order. And then they finally called me back. And then once I got my order, I didn't even get the full order. And then it was hot, it wasn't even packaged properly. Do not go through this company. They are terrible. Every time I call no one answers the phone, they will eventually respond. I want my money back. I don't trust that the product I received is good.

We’re sorry the phone experience was frustrating. We know there were moments where reaching us took longer than it should have, and we’re actively improving our call coverage so no patient hits a dead end.
Regarding the temperature concern — we want to reassure you that your medication is safe. Our pharmacy partner (BPI Labs) conducts stability testing on every batch. Their documentation confirms this formulation remains fully stable at room temperature for 60 days, and has been tested stable at up to 95°F for 15 days and 104°F for 4 days. An ice pack that has melted during transit is completely expected and does not compromise the product in any way. Your medication is good to use.
Regarding the incomplete order — we have reached out to you directly via text to confirm exactly what you received. If anything is missing, we will escalate with the pharmacy immediately to make it right.

Great customer service

I am really big on customer service, and they showed up and showed out. Ive always had someone to talk to if I had any questions or needed help. Was never rushed off and they took care of my issues.

Wrong order was received. I wish I could…

Wrong order was received.I wish I have zero star to apply.
I chose tirzepatide treatment which I was qualified for after health assessments.
Then I was asked to make the payment. After the payment, I was able to continue and complete the order.
First, I thought I was getting plain tirzepatide (not mixed) but surprisingly I found out that I must choose from B6 and B12 before continuing to the next page.
I chose B12 because I don't like B6, but I received my medication tirzepatide plus B6 instead of B12.
Nicely, I contacted Joey about the issue trying to find a solution. Below is their response:
"We would like to inform you that our pharmacy no longer compounds tirzepatide with B12. This decision was made following reports indicating potential impurities when B12 is combined with tirzepatide. Out of an abundance of caution and in alignment with FDA guidance, we have discontinued offering this formulation to ensure patient safety.
At this time, the service has been fulfilled in accordance with applicable regulations. Please note that our pharmacy does not accept returns, and therefore refunds cannot be issued.
The services were delivered in accordance with the provider's medical judgment and applicable standards of care."
I'm very disappointed and upset and will bring this far as I could.

Excellent customer support, responsive and affordable products to help you reach out weight loss goals.

From the very beginning JoeyMed was responsive, understanding, and willing to work with me on an affordable weight management program. Today I have successfully lost almost 25 lb since starting program in November. They have been supportive on all of my questions with regards to increase dosages, side effects, shipments, and pricing. I highly recommend Joey Med and will continue to use the services and maintenance once I achieve my goal weight. Thank you JoeyMed

I’ve been with them 3 months started on…

I’ve been with them 3 months started on Semiglutide and wasn’t getting results they have on triz. Now. They are very good customer service they check on me . The dr called me when I was not getting results. I have had a bad experience with another company and am extremely satisfied with Joey Meds both the care and the pricing
