This was my second time ordering from this company I saw a wig I really liked ordered was happy when it came When I looked in box was wrong color very upsetting the time to send it back wait for another one seems like a long process to me.I don't know if I will be ordering from this company anymore.

. The prices were great and I was skeptical. The machine came in and the laser hair removal doesn’t work. I tried going back and forth on emails but they kept blowing me off. Please don’t buy from this company they are the worst

Spent £2500 on a bodysculpting machine and told to 3-4 weeks till delivery nearly 4 weeks later it seemingly still hasn't left China. They can't give me a tracking number or proof of postage. Textbook scammers. Avoid at all costs.
I spent $176 on a Bobbi Boss wig that I have ordered a dozen times before. As soon as I went to wear it, the lace started to rip. I've been wearing lace front wigs for 10 years, and I have never seen lace rip this bad before, and the quality this poor. I reached out via email with photos of how damaged the wig was, and to request a refund, or a replacement, and they just forwarded me to Bobbi Boss directly. They said I would have to take it up with them directly. I have not gotten a response from either Joe's Beauty or Bobbi Boss, after spending $176 on a wig I cannot wear. Unless they reach out soon with a refund or a replacements. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM OR BUY FROM THEM!
I ordered a clipper blade for my baby bliss clippers. They were 20.00 cheaper than the baby bliss store. The blades were terrible as I adjusted them over & over to try to get a crisp haircut. I gave up after numerous attempts. I then decided to purchase them from the baby bliss store. The difference in the clipper blade were like night & day. Baby bliss clipper blades were sharp & crisp.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY , THEY ARE SCAMMERS, YOU 2ILL GET BROKEN OR FAKE PRODUCTS AND THEY WILL REFUSE TO REFUND YOU!
They fast but the product I got was wild growth oil and one of them keep my hair soapy feeling like I stead oil so I gatta wash my hair and I will be throw it away cause I order this before and never went threw this it's messing my hair up cause I shed more after and my scalp it more after using it so I was and just use another oil
Be careful to buy anything. Quality is poor, different or broken, its their fault, but they charge you a high fee.
They charge 25% restocking fee. If you return anything. Also charge shipping fee and no refund on that, you have to pay shipping to send it back, so you get nothing left if you return anything.
On October 6, 2023. I purchased a wig for $175.98 from Joes Beauty.
As soon as I opened the box I was highly disappointed with the color and style. Please note! I "never" tried it on, or removed tags or the net. And I immediately placed it back in the box and returned it.
Soon after I was sent an email stating I would be charged $106.00 in return fees, because the wig was messy when they opened the box. This was a lie!
Dishonesty, as they are... they sent pictures of the wig being shaken, but in tact. This wasn't how I returned the wig. I believe they purposely shaken the wig "to look messy" in order to charge me.
Please be careful with this merchant! Always take pictures, and a video of your purchase. I'll definitely be reporting them to the BBB.
In closing, you can always order their products from Amazon!
It's better to shop from them on-site. Online orders will tend to get mixed up, and they are unresponsive.
