THE SINGLE MOST FRUSTRATING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY 40 YEARS
I live in Ontario and ordered two raincoats for $100. I did not receive my order. Instead, I received 2 thongs, 5 pairs of leisure pants, and three sweaters for which someone paid $198; this order was supposed to be sent to Winnipeg. It has been a week and has taken three emails and six phone calls on my part totaling 2 hours of time wasted trying to get my money refunded. Joe fresh cannot refund my funds until I return the order sent an error—fine. But the nearest Joe Fresh is an hour away, round-trip—fine, again. However, they don't accept refunds on undergarments, so I'm not able to refund the whole order, which I'm told means I will not get my money refunded. They made a mistake and they are treating me like I'm a criminal who is secretly holding back items from the order, when their policy states that they cannot accept undergarments as a return. I asked if they can put a note in my file stating that I can't return the full order, because two of the items are undergarments, so they will be less the money the lady in Winnipeg spent on the thongs. They can't get me a free shipping label, though, I have to pay for shipping and then call them back and they will refund it (so they say). They can't send me the raincoats that I ordered, paid for, and haven't received. I have to wait until I get a refund and order them again. However, they're no longer on sale, so I would have to spend $140 to get the very same raincoats. If I want a price adjustment, I have to order them for $140 and then call back and ask them for money. This has been the single most frustrating, ineffective, time waster I have ever experienced with customer service. If it weren't a well-established company, I would think I had been scammed. That's how bad the customer service is. I will never again order from Joe Fresh online. In fact, it's turned me off Joe Fresh clothes altogether. I do not know how this company has survived as long as it has. DO NOT BUY FROM JOE FRESH ON-LINE. You've been warned!
Terrible quality clothing
They don't allow reviews on their webpage anymore- not surprised. The quality of their clothing is garbage. I ordered their linen wrap skirt and I hadn't even taken it fully out of the package when I saw how paper thin it was. When I brought it back to my local Joe Fresh store the salesperson even remarked how thin it was. You would have to wear a thick slip under OR use as a bathing suit wrap and even then it's not worth $10 let alone almost $40!!
Nightmarish customer service
Ordered a bunch of clothes from them. They shipped it in 3 parts , 2 of them through UPS and 1 by Canada Post. Got a delivery notification from Canada Post but no package was delivered. Received the UPS shipments without any issues. The part of the order that was through Canada Post was worth $13.50.
I contacted the customer service as soon as I realized the Canada Post package had been misplaced. They asked me to wait till the other packages were delivered. Did not make sense to me but I waited and contacted them a day after the said date. Again they said they will escalate and I would get a response in 24 hours.
Got an email asking me to check with neighbors!! Told them all of that had already been done 10 days back and no package had turned up. So finally they asked me for a list of items misplaced which I thought would lead to a refund.
I send them the list and then waited a couple of days before checking again. I got a response that the issue had been escalated.
Now I have given up on my $13.50 but hope everyone else knows about this before ordering from them.
As for me, I am done and will never buy from them again.

I WILL NOT ORDER JOEFRESH ONLINE AGAIN!!! I have ordered a jacket and joggers online but I didnt received any confirmation on my email. Unfortunately amount has been deducted to my points balance and to my credit card. Unable to locate my order and items were not delivered. Already called customer service, transferred to 3 different customer service but didnt resolve by concern. They have said that they will email and escalate my concern but I have received a notification that the case was resolved but when I check on my Joefresh account, still no past order were showing.
Couldn’t deliver due to weather??
Well, I ordered 4 flannel shirts because they were on sale. Never did receive them and their response was they couldn’t deliver due to weather. Then they suggested I try ordering them again….at full price! Will never order from them again.
Can never get help!
Ordered a lot of clothing for my kids during the cyber Monday deal. Tracking shows it went around the city near the Joe fresh warehouse and then returned to them. They refunded me. I reached out for them to reship Or can I reorder with a discount code. The agents on the phone can’t help because it’s not in their scope (not sure anything they can help with) and have to escalate to a “specialist team” who only gets ahold of you through email. It’s been almost 5 days and each agent keeps telling me to wait 24 hours for a response.. horrible!
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Emailed their customer service dept w a question about a return after not being able to get ahold of anyone by phone. Never got a response. Emailed a second time, got an answer that did not even have to do with my question. Emailed a third time and again no response. Will never purchase from Joe Fresh again after this.

I purchased two ladies coats from Joe fresh (made in China). Both were of horrible lowest quality material. In one wear there were lint all around the sleeves, waist and under arm areas. The lining got ripped with in few days. With in few weeks the coats looked disgustingly worn out. It’s a shame to sell the most inferior quality coat for $80.00 each that were useless with in few weeks.
Joe Fresh returned my order before I received it.
I ordered something from Joe Fresh, waited 10 days and the order still hasn't arrived. I called customer service. Apparently, Joe Fresh had went ahead and returned the order without even delivering it to me. I can understand if there is a stock issue but they should at least email me about this instead of having me wait around for weeks and needing to call in to find out what is going on!

Disappointed in Joe Fresh
I used to buy from Joe Fresh, but have now changed my mind. Their customer service has unfortunately changed for the worst. My recent order (2025) was sent with a wrong color and they expected me to drive a distance to return it or pay a fee to ship back. Every other company I order products from would resend the product if it was their error. Mistakes happen, but I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake, only mine.
Good value for quality no problems on my end
Have not experienced customer service bc I’ve had no issues on my 3 orders but I got 3 orders of sale and non sale items and I was impressed by the quick shipping and good quality for the low prices of the items. I will definitely be back but I hope not to have issues with customer service.
RUNAROUND UNTIL YOU GIVE UP
Online order, item out of stock so never shipped, but my cc was charged. After about 8 calls, I was told the refund had gone through 29 days ago. Never received. The only proof that it was not really refunded that they would accept was a screen shot of my bank account. Given that they said it could take 4-12 days for a refund, that would mean basically showing them my entire transaction history for 2 weeks! Who in their right mind would do that?

So there is not a store that has clothing near me. I wanted to print the return label only to find that you have to pay 8 dollars to mail it back and they make it so difficult to get the label that I am donating them to value village (never worn) and not shopping Joe fresh again

I bought the item, my receiving address is in Montreal, after 6 days, someone in Toronto received my item, had my phone number and called me :(, I did not receive any email from Joe fresh about tracking number, time, shipping company
Do not purchase
Pure garbage, bought a bunch of bras for my wife and daughter...all in the trash now. Better off to buy one good bra, or hell no bra and throw your money in garbage, you will still be better off

This has consistently been happening its frustrating esp given how highly efficient all the other stores are now, they need to address this.
Product is fine its the SHIPPING DELAYS that are frustrating.
Customer service is bad
Customer service is bad. They will not admit to their mistakes. I’ve received multiple items that were damaged, do they not check before they send?
Terrible customer service - Incorrect order and missing items
Received my online order and 1 item was completely missing, 1 item was the incorrect size. Physical store wouldn't take my return because of the incorrect size issue. I called customer service about the item with the incorrect size, they were useless. Saying that I would have to pay for shipping to send this back or call the local store to see if they would accept my return...which I already explained that they wouldn't. I threw out my return label because I thought I could return in store. Now they are making me create a new return label with Canada Post directly...
