Pick up experience was good
Experience was good. Driver Kwame kept me up to date on his progress to pick up. Could do with a company list price. 28/1/23 😀
Experience from 21/1/23 Poor 😡 driver didn’t turn up with no phone call to say couldn’t pick up. No call from the company either. Spent the whole day waiting.

Kofi called in the morning to re confirm that he will picking my package and sent a link to know my slot number . I was able to track him and when he was closer he called again. Professional and helpful. Always use this service and it has been fantastic

The best shipping company so far.
The driver was good and respectful but my concern is the van that came to pick up my palette was too small, so I will suggest that next time when they are pick up 2 meters palette they should come with a big van that can contain the goods. Thanks

The experience was great
The experience was great. Francio, the driver called prior to pick up to let me know he was coming to pick up and gave me an estimated time of arrival. When he set off to my place he called again. He was polite and pleasant to talk to. He did the pick up cheerfully and I was pleased with his Conduct. He has a good personality.
