Jobstep was an amazing resource for me in my job search. They revamped my resume, provided interview coaching, and helped me frame my experience in a way that would be more marketable to employers. I have never been a very good interviewer, but the amount of interviews Jobstep helped me land gave me a lot of practice, and I now feel much more comfortable speaking about my experience and accomplishments. I would recommend Jobstep to anyone who finds the job search and application process difficult, they will save you lots of time and stress!

Great service! I have many responsibilities to handle and JobStep made finding opportunities 10x easier. Most of the service is quite automated, the team will notify you to review jobs or if you got any interviews and help along the way. Def will be using in the future !

Having sessions where I was able to talk about myself/experience and then getting their valuable feedback along with a Resume that reflected that was super useful. Aside from that, having applications sent out twice a week based on my areas of interest led to a bunch of interviews (8 I think) over a period of 6 weeks. A few of those initial interviews have gone on to subsequent rounds.

Jobstep was an amazing experience for me, and if I need to navigate the job market anytime in the future, I will be sure to use Jobstep's help. I've gained more confidence in myself and abilities and I am glad I was able to be a part of the Jobstep experience!

I highly recommend Jobstep's service! They promised 5 initial interviews within 6 weeks. At the end of the program, I had 15+ initial interviews and 2 job offers. I can't thank them enough for helping me reframe my work experience, and challenging me to be open to positions outside my comfort zone - whether it was a role I thought I wasn't qualified for or an industry I wasn't familiar with.

JobStep was a great experience overall and I would gladly recommend it! There are some opportunities around targeting jobs that are in the specific location requested, however the volume at which JobStep applies for you helps alleviate that issue.

JobStep was and is a fantastic program. I went into it thinking that there was no way I would get a job that paid me as much as I deserved since I never finished college but boy did this program prove me wrong! JobStep helped me realize that I had more than enough experience just through living my life and working as I have to stand on par with others who had more traditional education and work trajectories. They helped me build the confidence I needed, reflect on the achievements that I already have under my belt, and ace interviews with jobs I never would have thought I could handle. JobStep truly gave me the tools to succeed in the hunt for a new job and because of this I am now working for a company that I am excited about and is paying me 8k above what I thought I would be getting. I have already recommended it to multiple friends of mine who are also job searching right now and if you're hesitant about going for it- don't be! This program is worth every penny!

Another great thing about JobStep is their free course that guides you through the interview process, webinars to help you succeed, email templates, and the constant reminder that they are here to support you! I highly recommend JobStep to anyone struggling to break into Tech and needs a little support.

The professional at Jobstep are awesome. The resume and cover letter revamp are superb NY themselves. They really hit up and open up avenues of job opportunities I would have not known existed. I got number of interviews through them, and my interview assessment was also an eye opener. I would recommend them with full confidence, that they will help show the industry the professional one is.

Overall, my experience with Jobstep was great. I definitely heard back from more companies after submitting applications with Jobstep's help than I would have otherwise. I think the price for the amount of service is mostly reasonable; the only thing I would change is getting more personalized advice on interviews, tailored to the companies that I heard back from. The initial interview preparation call was very helpful, and I would have enjoyed getting more customized help. Other than that, I think Jobstep's system worked well and definitely yielded impressive results.
