I recently landed a great job as I followed Don’s questionnaires for the the interview that’s included in the package. I greatly appreciate coming across Don’s video on YouTube and buying the package. The document is worth the price and excellent going through all the details of the question while in an interview. The world needs more people like Don. Thank you! I highly recommend his service.

I had an interview with HR and the manager. They asked questions about my experience, and then questions about why I was the best candidate followed. Questions like:
1. How do you manage to find motivation for difficult tasks, to which I answered that I always look at what can come out of it, i.e. the final result, 2. Why didn't I stay in the country of Austria, where my mother lives, and where most people emigrate
3. They followed up on the training that I mentioned in the biography, and said that if I prove myself in some area of ​​good, will that mean that I will leave them? I answered that as long as I can learn from it and upgrade myself, it is acceptable to me Do I like to work in the office alone or rather with people. I don't know the correct answer here, because sometimes it suits me to do one thing, and sometimes another
4. Where do I see myself in 5 years, was actually the ultimate goal of the application, because they stated that they provide the opportunity for people to improve their skills in their bank in Germany, that was a statement, but they still don't know.
This was the first interview with two people, I was completely honest and guided by the feeling that I would do my best to make them recognize the candidate in me. and I got an offer. First, there will be 6 months of studying at their academy, and then we will see.

I got the job! Your book and videos helped me prepare for the STAR process and provided me with great follow up questions to ask at the end. Tomorrow is my las day at my current employer of 17 years. I am excited for my new opportunity. Your book and videos are amazing!

I'm a 64 year old CT man who was looking for a role in the environmental industry. After receiving multiple rejections, I found Don's page on YouTube. I watched Don's interview advice videos, took notes, and applied his advice in my interviews. I then received multiple job offers and accepted one last week. I loved Don's down-to-earth attitude, his relaxing speaking voice, and how he comes across as "one of us", he himself having had similar experiences to share. I highly recommend that anyone seeking employment utilize Don's wisdom and check out his videos. You'll be glad you did.

Mr. Georgevich jobinterview tools resources are one of the best out there for all positions. He walks you through the most commonly asked questions, along using the "STAR Method" in answering behavioral questions. But more importantly, he makes you feel good about yourself and how to be confident when interviewing. I used his resources and watched is YouTube videos which really prepared me.

I went to 2-job interviews; one in February and one in March of this year. Although I didn't received the offers, but I didn't give up. In one of his YouTube videos of "Why you were not selected", he goes over 7 reasons and motivates to not feel bad about yourself and to keep trying and there is a position out there that is meant for you.

Two weeks ago, I had a job interview for a Reading Paraprofessional Aide and the following day, I receive an email from the assistant principal offering the position. I already signed my offer letter. I owe it all to Don Georgevich. His resources and his YouTube videos are a must for those of you who are out there job hunting and need guidance in developing yourself professionally. Invest with Mr. Georgevich and you will see a high return on your investment. Best part, you can email him and he will reply back to you.

I will continue to watch his YouTube videos because what Mr. Georgevich has to offer in today's competitive job market is extraordinary.

Job Interview Tools, with Don Georgevich, has the best interview tips and guides! I first watched many of Don's videos and subscribed to the YouTube channel. Then, I purchased "The Complete Interview and Answer Guide" PDF and MP3 files bundle. Followed that a few weeks later with "How to Write Perfect Thank You Letters" (nice discount!). In short, I was invited to 3 interviews for an IT Mgr. role with a global organization. Panelists were org. leaders from 5 different countries. The employer used the STAR format for Q&A, and Don's guidance was spot-on! I put in the work (Don's coaching) preparing my answers in writing, used the "how to be strategic" advice, and rehearsed for a couple of hours over several days via online video with family (loving critics ;-). Using Don's pointers, I followed each interview with a thank you email to the hiring mgr. It all went so well! Thank you, again! -S

MY TESTIMONY: IT. WORKED. FOR. ME!! This is a great resource and tool to assist in acquiring the job you want. Listen to what Don tells you. Listen. Act.
There is no BS to this method. DON KNOWS WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT -- AND IT WORKS!! I looked at a few of Don's YouTube videos, which led me to purchase the on-line book the day of the interview. At the end of the interview I boldly asked the Million Dollar Question: 'Can I have this job?' The NEXT DAY, they gave me the JOB!

I know it is because of Don's information that I could walk into my interview confident and knew what to expect.

I was facing a pressured interview and came across Don YouTube videos. His tips were extremely helpful to me but l needed more from him so I further contacted him and he directed me his Interview Tips Guide Book which actually nailed it for me. Wow, I just received my appointment letter for the position I applied for and prepared for an interview with the Complete Interview Answer Guide.
Just like you have indicated, it is really " the secret of telling the interviewers exactly what they want to hear"

Just a quick note to thank you for your outstanding series of job interviewing videos.

After 35 years service, I was laid off from a major cellular telco manufacturer in 2016 after a merger. I had about given up on my job search.

I recently figured the job exodus phenomena and COVID19 might present some new opportunities. I bagged two good engineering position interviews from a major cellular service provider. Having worked for the same company for 35 years, my interviewing skills were slightly out-of-date, to say the least.

For both positions, I moved on from the technical to behavioral STAR interviews, each three consecutive hours with three different interviewers.

Thanks to Don's videos and me preparing answers and examples to the 40 most common behavioral questions, I was able to do very well in all six interviews. I was just offered the better position of the two at a salary that is higher than I was making when I was laid off!

Besides the practical interview advice, Don's high-energy and supportive approach is a great confidence builder, an equally important factor.

After a big restructuring i was left without a job but with loan, kids and expenses. Don's videos really boosted my self-esteem and i was the right person for the job in any interview i performed. I ended on having 3 offers sadly not on the right timing since i rejected the 3rd option without having any other offer at that time, i took the second choice but after a month i took an even better offer from my first choice which this is where i am going now. Not the best timing but as Don said "you need to do the best for yourself". I wish Don all the best for the years to come!!

I’m a very anxious interviewee, and I feel like I’m never quite sure what employers want to hear. I have what interviewers in professional fields tend to call an ‘interesting’ job history, and I don’t have a degree, so applying for professional jobs with just a few years of Admin experience is nerve-wracking.

I started watching Don’s videos after getting the opportunity to interview for a unicorn dream job. It paid almost 1.5 times I was making, the team was hands-on and employee-focused, great benefits, a scope I’m familiar with and like- but with new challenges and room to grow.

I watched Don’s videos for weeks. I watched them before bed, first thing when I woke up, I even stood my phone up in the shower to keep his advice and mindset fresh in my head, and I constructed all of my interview notes around his advice. I had an interview panel that went from potential peers all the way up to the CEO, and I felt confident acknowledging where I’d need to grow to fit the role, while really selling what I brought to the organization.

I wasn’t just extended a job offer, I was told that my unique background and perspective were seen as an asset to the team. As someone with a GED and a history in service roles, that’s not something I ever expected to hear from a tech company.

I love my job, I love Don’s approach and way of speaking, and I’m so thankful that I found his videos. I’m staying subscribed even though I’m not looking for new employment because there’s always a friend or family member looking for a job and being able to share this information is so valuable. I really wasn’t sure if this was just some kind of advertising thing or what- but it’s real, practical advice to present yourself in the best possible way to employers. You still have to do the work, but he provides everything you need to do it well and stand out. I’d give more than five stars if I could.
