tricked into creating an account
First you tricked me, I had to create an account when I thought I was applying for a job, then I had to do it all over again to actually apply for the job.
Second you sent my passwork via email, do you know anything about security? You are asking, okay tricking, me to give you personal data you can at least protect it.
Lastly there is no way to delete my account

I spent more than fifteem minutes filling out personal and job search info to find out that they wanted to charge me 40 dollars to post my resume and activate job search function.

You suck!
I need a job! All get are emails at 1:00am for the same jobs that I really applied for and never got one call from the places I applied for. Then my phone rings all day long and every time I answer it hoping it's some where that's wants to hire me it's some one that's want me to go to school and half the time they can't even speak English that I can understand. Rate you - 0. What a joke! Your site sucks!

An average experience, and no true outcome. Technology is great, but it does not replace a personal experience. It's almost a travesty to search for something so important as a professional position in this manner.
