Ho acquistato dei reggiseni che dalla descrizione promettevano un sostegno favoloso anche senza ferretto,le foto pubblicate non sono realistiche, praticamente è una fascia neanche elastica con una imbottitura che assomiglia a delle spalline,indosso orrendo senza forma,mi hanno proposto di rispedirlo in Cina con costi superiori al valore e consigliandomi un 30% di sconto ridicolo per evitare la burocrazia di reso.
Esperienza molto deludente state alla larga da questo sito.

Wrong order / Not trustworthy
We ordered 4 pieces of Glucose monitors costing USD 140. Everything was clear & correct in our order.
2 weeks later, we received 4 oximeters instead.
The cost of 4 oximeters is hardly 30 dollars. I sent 3 emails requesting return & exchange, but i got no reply from this company.
I'm still waiting for any clarification from their side.
I do NOT recommend ordering from this company again.

Premesso che sarebbero da denunciare per truffa ma cosa cambierebbe per un'azienda cinese distante migliaia di km.....la mia amara esperienza l'ho avuta acquistando, a loro dire, un innovativo misuratore della glicemia ( a circa € 40,00) che all'atto del ricevimento era totalmente difforme, di modestissima manifattura, privo di alcuna certificazione, neanche CE, nella realtà dei fatti un mediocrissimo ed inattendibile misuratore dell'ossigenazione del sangue, dai cinesi in Italia costano meno e sono migliori. Ripeto ho chiesto la restituzione dell'articolo ed il rimborso dei soldi e per risposta mi hanno dato un recapito in una stanza di una remota regione della Cina....a mie spese....

I didn't even want to give one star!
I didn't even want to give one star!! I have been trying for a week now to get a hold of them to return a witch that I received from them that wasn't even the one they showed on their site. It wasn't 12 ft tall and it wasn't animated like it showed and it didn't come in a big box either!!! I will be reporting them to the BBB!!!!

Do not buy from this company I ordered a dress from this company they keep saying my address was incorrect I was told to call the parcel company did not get a response from them. Requested a refund or my dress have gotten continual emails claiming my address is wrong but on the website it is correct address. Very rude emails horrible customer experience I have ever encountered. Several rude emails I will never purchase anything again. Better Business Bureau will be hearing from me. It feels like a SCAM

Really bad experience when they sent me the wrong item and would not offer a refund. They then blocked me and that was the end of that they refused to help sort the issue out.

I ordered two pendants that were supposed to be pearls dressed in silver with blue sapphire. What i received looked like something from a gumball machine. Fake pearls dressed in fake gold with fake rubies. Now I have to pay to ship them back for a refund. Their ads and illustrations are lies.

oggetto scadente senza reale possibilità di reso
Ho ordinato una scultura che nelle immagini sembrava interessante e ben fatta, ho ricevuto una schifezza di plastica scadente in dimensioni ridicole ( poco più di 8cm), praticamente un giochino da uovo di pasqua scadente. Pagato 36,5€ ma non vale più di 1€.
Quando ho provato a renderlo, dato che dichiarano "reso gratuito" mi è stato chiesto di spedirlo in Cina con costi superiori al valore dell'oggetto.
Evitare assolutamente di acquistare da questi impostori.

Pagare 36,50 € per un prodotto che vale molto meno del suo valore, e poi sentirsi dire che deve pagare più del prodotto stesso per esercitare il diritto di "reso gratuito", è assurdo e inaccettabile.
Riconosciamo che si sono verificati gravi errori nel nostro controllo qualità dei prodotti e nella nostra politica di reso e che abbiamo completamente tradito la sua fiducia.

Take good care before you order
I ordered what looked like a very elegant dress in October with the bonus offer of Free Returns. What arrived is little better than a rag, dreadful fabric quality,and really shoddily stitched. Since then I have been attempting to access my free return ,emphasising that advertising this is a legal obligation. I continually get a prompt reply ignoring anything I have said and telling me to return the item to China at an exorbitant cost! I have offered to return to the address inEngland, where it came from,but again got the same answer. Two days ago I asked for a telephone number to speak to a manager and have since been ignored….. I am still prepared to do this for a full refund. I am beyond disappointed with my treatment so far

Werewolf mask for halloween…
I ordered a Werewolf mask for halloween and paid jncool.com $51.00. It looked terrific in the ad but what I received was absolutely atrocious. It was made of a cheap plastic, very little fur, ears that did not move and didn't even have hole for the eyes.
I contacted them immediately and they said I could send it back. But that would cost $75.00.
I asked them for a full refund and the cost of shipping since it was so obviously false advertising. They offered to refund only half the money.
I wrote many more times asking for the full refund. I even sent pics of their ad and the item I received. But no one ever contacted me back.
Finally, I decided my only recourse was to take them up on their offer to refund half the cost but they never did that and never contacted me again.
I wish I could upload a picture here so you could see first hand the ad and the ridiculous mask they sent me.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY

Hello, we asked you to return the product, but you didn't want to. We said we would refund you half of the money, but you didn't accept it. What do you want to do? You said you agreed to refund half of the money, but we only received an email from you saying you didn't agree. Are you sure you didn't block our email?
Before ordering a dress from this company, BEWARE if you want to return!
Before ordering a dress from this website, I was unable to find a size guide but because I liked this dress, I ordered it anyway. I also checked your website for jncool past record for past customer reviews.
Unfortunately when the dress arrived it was too small and after receiving correspondence from another web site, obviously handling jncool’s correspondence. The final result was that I was told to send the dress back to an address in China at the cost of approx. $138.00!
The initial cost of the dress was $65.00 Cdn.
Needless to say, I will not be dealing with jncool. Com again.
